- So why did I choose to move away from home and come to Queen's University. Well, the answers actually not that long or hard which I explain in this video. On another note... NO MORE EXAMS. very excited for summer 2022 and all the crazy things I have planned, and of course the camera is gonna be with me at all times.

Does it feel like you're alienated as an Asian person at Queens? I'm choosing between Queen's and Western and that's the thing I'm most concerned about, so it'd be great to hear your opinion.
Personally I have not, I’m from Saskatchewan where Ive grown up with little asian influence in school so it’s wasn’t a huge switch. I find that I actually meet more Asian people at queens than in Saskatchewan when I went to highschool. Hope this helps!

@@gisellebui100 Hey, I picked Queens. I’m having a blast, and there’s actually a very large asian community in here. I haven’t really experienced any negativity, and I’ve made a lot of friends. Good luck with your decision
Hi, as an Asian myself, can I ask if Asian students stay with only Asians, and white with white, colored with colored, in Queens? Or are the groups more diverse, in terms of nationality and race?
@@ellieliao7886 Hey, it depends. There are definitely groups where it is one dimensional in terms of ethnicity, but I feel like that's at every school. I've been to many parties where the majority of people are Asian, but on the flip side I've been to parties where I've met people from all types of ethnicities (recently went to one last weekend actually). It really is a case by case basis, but most of the time when a group lacks diversity it's just due to comfort. For example, I know that a lot of the exchange students here only like to interact with people who speak their native language, but that's not really their fault.
Overall, based on my personal experience it's not really an issue and you shouldn't worry about it. I hope this helps :D

Hey. Please when does Queens University send Admission offers/letters to international students for Graduate studies(fall/September terms) especially for Engineering courses. Is it still feasible to get an acceptable response in June?
