Shrivant gi, aap ka shop konsi city me hai? I m in jalgaon district of Maharashtra. I m a electronics & electrical engineer & want to fix domal windows to my home in my hometown. I m planning to purchase material from pune which is near to me. In my town there is absolutely no any fabricator who know & understand these advanced window concept. So i m planning to make window myself. In my previous companies i did Alstrut conveyor profile works. So i have idea about these works. Your videos clear my most of doubts. Pls help me more on these topics. Due to corona lockdown all shops are closed here & i can't ask anyone about these technical details.
A) In normal window- the sliding is inside the bottom track but in domal it is sitted on Above side of that groove. So the gap between two track is more space & thereby easy to clean. Is it right?
B) Also in some videos i see that domal sliding (glass & net panel) they are easily removing just by lifting it upward direction without opening frame or without any tool for cleaning purpose. Is it possible to make this feature in non deluxe, non domal material but in jindal 18 gauge.
C) From my study i found that a complete window is made by total 6 types of profiles -
2 for frame:
1. bottom profile
2. top/side profile;
4 for shutters:
1. Top 2. Bottom
3. Interlock 4. Side (lock)
D) can it available in 18 gauge- 18mm×40mm. As my home is on ground flore so 16 gauge heavy not required.
E) can you give me an rough idea about rates for jindal -domal profiles for:
*3 track system
*white colour- powder coat or anodised
*18×40 mm
* that 9 types of additional hardware you mentioned in video.

A) yes right it is easy to clean because the bulb part of the track on which shutter runs is thicker and the gaps between the two are more without a separating part unlike regular windows.
B) Yes you can make the regular window in which shutter can be pulled out by lifting up , this is done by making the shutter little shorter in size. In domal windows there is an anti lift hardware which is needed to be removed before lifting the shutter to pull out the shutter.
This anti lift prevents any unwanted accident so in regular windows you can make a wooden carved anti lift and screw it on the shutter. It will prevent unwanted accident.
C) To make Domal Window following things are needed.
1)Tracks :- same type on four sides
2) Shutter section :- same type on four sides
3) Interlock patti
D) Yes there is a new lighter section available but I will be able to give it details after lockdown.
I got to know that current rates are little higher than the pre lockdown times.
Consider an average rate for Jindal Domal series at Rs.480 -600 according to size and customization .
If specifications are more demanding then cost may increase.

Which section and which glass will be suitable....Also, please suggest shall we go for normal glass or toughened glass for sound proofing....what should be the thickness of glass
Toughened glass and soundproof glass are 2 different things.
Toughened glass or tempered glass is a safety glass while soundproof glass is usually laminated glass or Double Glazed Glass.
No matter what glass you choose, get your glasses toughened .
Ideal size for Double Glazed Glass would be 18mm while for single panel you can go for 5mm & 6mm thickness.
ALL GLASSES TOUGHENED

Sir single glass means single glazed i.e. only one pane of glass and double glass means double glazed unit which is also known as Soundproof glass in layman terms, it has 2 pieces of glass joint together with an aluminium spacer between them .

Aluminium sections have few quality parameters i.e. what is the alloy and aluminium mix ratio in the sections and another one is what is the wall thickness of the sections.
More reasons effecting price are
7 tank powder coating process is costly
15 microns anodising is costly
I am pretty sure that those Rs.160 - 220 Window must be missing in either all or few of these things
