Vanilla cupcake recipe.

Ingredients
180g flour
100g butter
170g milk
1/2tsp baking powder
120g sugar
1tsp vanilla
2 Eggs
Method
1. Line the cupcakes with lines and set aside. Measure all ingredients.
2. Add the butter and sugar into the mixer and mix on high until mixture is fluffy.
3. Add the vanilla and eggs one at a time and mix.
4. Scrape the sides and continue to mix again for about 2mins until fluffy.
5. Add in sifted flour with baking powder and milk alternatively in batches.
6. Start firstly by adding 1/3 of the flour and half of the milk and then mix.
7. Repeat above method for 2/3 of flour and the rest of the milk.
8. Add last part of the flour and beat on high until the batter is mixed properly until smooth.
9. Scoop the batter into prepared pans and bake for at least 30mins.
