I struggled with this so bad. I was stuck in the first room for ages, and then went and looked up a walkthrough. I have ADHD, I don’t have the short term memory capabilities, nor the attention span to figure this out. One hour of being stuck in one room, going round in circles was almost too much for me. Even now, I got 2 minutes in to the walkthrough and have to leave the rest for tomorrow because I can’t focus for much longer. Thanks for uploading this walkthrough; you’re an angel! 😇
There seriously needs to be a skip button for puzzles and assists to help the player figure out where they're going. And of course have the option to turn it off for people who don't want it.
Literally one of the best “go to” CZcamsrs for when stuck in any rpg game situation. All the others ones are lengthy and u can just tell that they found it by accident. This guy knows what he’s doing. Keep it up 👍
Best walkthrough of this section, and probably the best walkthrough of any complicated quest I've ever seen in 40 years of video games. If ANYONE is stuck after having done any portion of these steps, skip to the section of the area you got stuck in and simply retrace the steps that Gamerpillar shows from that point forward and you should be able to get through it. You saved me from having to replay 2+ hours of content as I minimize my save numbers as much as I can. Kudos. Best walkthrough!

How do I get back to the original universe after saving Rafael? Sarah is still waiting outside the facility for me and the rest of the artifacts are on my ship from that reality? Or is it explained somewhere both realities are exactly the same except for that one facility? Have that universes hunter and emissary done the exact same things too? So many unanswered questions that screws up a lot of the story...
I did this no problem on my first character, but for my second I missed that sharp turn in the Cataxi cave in the access turnnel, I was running around the whole complex for hours last night. That you so much for the video!
Yeah me too, the blue icon Mark is Misleading, it directed you to the near beginning elevator. And that corridor is also misleading showing a locked door, which people assume that we should go there next ,in reality, when in alternate universe, the path is the giant tunnel to the right cave, but who in the right mind saw that after getting misled multiple time, it was too dark and people focused too much on the locked door, and didn't see anywhere else
Apparently many people also couldn't spot that side tunnel, It waste hours of people time, And the Blue Location Mark was also misleading, it point you to the beginning location near elevator, and people just assume you've to run in circle like a monkey there Bethesda should punish the Level Designer

Getting from the Access Tunnel to to the distortion and into the next area was my nightmare. Just couldn't find it. Watched that tiny section and voila! Thanks!
If you've encountered the bug where you reach the lab, but the quest doesn't progress (standing on the diamond/nothing happening) The console command to progress to the next step is "SetStage 00257DE1 6" 00257DE1 is the Quest ID .. and 6 is the step of the quest immediately after "Get To The Lab" (disarming the terminals). I hope this helps some of you who are still stuck thanks to bugs.
I’m confused because I didn’t have the option to deactivate the turrets and robots. Had to fight my ass off in there lol. Right now I’m stuck on the part where it tells you to “get to the lab” at the end and the scanner keeps saying “no path available”
1st off you are awesome... 2nd to the devs that created this mission y'all can kick rocks with your bare feet field goal style 3rd when I arrived at the last computer for some reason I lost audio and made the mistake of saving the game. Now when I reload I'm having audio issues 😠. Rant over I'm logging off now ✌🏾
The keast they coulda done is made the distortions actually visible-- half the time they are in an unnaturally bright pocket of light that makes it impossible to see
I get it that they like to throw one of these in there but they really don’t need to. When you spend an hour or two visiting the same four rooms because there’s no way to know where to go other than pure luck then you have to turn to CZcams and take an hour to follow a 10 minute video because you have to keep stopping and saving and watching and moving 10 feet then stopping and saving and watching over and over again you’re doing something wrong. It literally sucks your soul out of your body. I don’t know why they think this is something they need to put in again. Anyway, thank you so much.
I did it eventually after over two hours of trying but was absolutely wrecked by the time I finished and had to spend 1500 credits on medical treatment from turret, robot and scorpion damage. I did it on easy and I doubt any one could do it on hard or worse.
I overlooked the "portal" at 5:53 min and searched probably for 45 minutes how to continue the way. It drove me nearly insane. Thank you for the video. You saved my sanity xD

People if you are stuck at “get to the lab” after overriding the 2 locks, just follow the video from 05:31 mins and you’ll be able finish this quest! Follow it exactly, notice the portal taken. Tip: u can save both universes! Check on ign thread.
I got lost @6:00 , in that I didn't go down that tunnel and follow the infested tunnel system. I kept trying to go straight toward the next objective. THANK YOU!
My save on one run-through bugged. *SPOILERS* The pop in back to the burned universe had Ramiro, and presumably the exit point shifted into the next room which is inaccessible from the security office (Could see him through the wall of bug goo with Sense Starstuff). Didn't get to pop back into the clean universe and was stuck in that room, but I did get to read about needing to use energy weapons on the scorpions in advance. Had to go back to a save prior to landing on the planet to get it to work... unfortunately, I forgot to hard save daily, so I lost 4 days of play in the process.
OMFG I'm only here because at 6:30 I think I'll edit to correct. I looked down that hallway and saw the red locked door and didn't know there was a door to the left. Assuming I missed something. I spent literally 45 mins before I looked this up.
I wish physical and emotional turmoil for whoever designed this quest
