- My life is pretty awesome and in a lot of ways I don't deserve it. I have spent my whole adult life being a waste man and somehow I always seem to land on my feet. Ok granted for the last year I have managed to stay clean from drink and drugs BUT that alone is NOT ENOUGH! I am essentially just a clean waste man, and I have a LONG way to go before I can actually be proud of myself. This all may sound very negative BUT when we are feeling negative it does give us an opportunity to acknowledge our failings and take steps to level up! 💪

Hi Bruv, amazing awareness of your feelings Marcus, remember there's no light without the dark, there are no good days without the bad and there's no positivity without negativity, the small incremental changes you make on a daily basis make you a better stronger, more spiritual person than you were yesterday, if we only aim at 1% improvement then that's enough, giant leaps forward only cause us to stumble backwards, slowly, slowly baby steps create the solid foundations on which to build the person you will become,
It' took nearly 40years for you to learn that 365 individual, single, hard working, stepping up, in the moment days add up to one year,
2 years ago the days, weeks and months were probably all merging into one, One single,"stepping up" "in the moment" year soon becomes a decade or a lifetime,
Slow down so you can smell the roses 🌹🌹 take time to appreciate what you "YOU" are and have created, we are grateful for many things but you must practice and be grateful for the fact that only you are Marcus Hayes ❤

I hear a similar thing from another youtuber, the up's and down's and the production of one channel is mentally draining... And your building two channels as part of your business! Stay strong and keep at it mate, you've come so far in a year, every day's a battle.. You can do it 💪👍

Marcus, sounds like you’ve got a lot to forgive yourself for and that will take years, and masculine expectations on ourselves can spin our heads right out. It’s great your opening up about it and your heads gonna make a mountain out of out of context comments and self depreciation. I’m sure cat loves you and supports you 100%, and your right these thoughts with power attached to them will try and steer you off course rapidly, remember about thinking of someone else or doing for someone else to get out of self but I get it when your head goes like yours has especially around the financial side can be a powerful thing to face up to. The content on your main channel is really good Marcus the best it’s ever been and you’re not in no way a clean waste man that’s ridiculous drop that out. God Bless Marcus put the bat down and it will all work itself out as long as your meeting life halfway.

The way I see it Marcus, 3 weeks of getting up on time and 1 year being clean may all seem like baby steps in the long run. But whilst you're at that beginning stage those baby steps are HUGE at the time. We have to make steps and progress onward, because that is how we reach our goals 👍
