@@Allastrology Yes, what's realistic is that other TH communities charge from $600 up to $1000+ for a space rental. You can calculate how much it will cost per month at ITH and see how long it takes to amortize the advance payment. It may not be the right choice for some, if it's longer than they plan to stay. But for many, if they can manage the lump sum, it's a great deal, since the basic rent after amortization (even if it goes up a bit in the future) will still be very affordable.

He’s autistic (high function) so he’ll probably live at home much longer than his peers. And the middle home for kitchen and living. I’m just dreaming right now. I have been watching you guys for years and I don't know if I can explain it properly. But I feel like if I were to ever find myself alone in this world I would find my way to Tennessee and know I would feel welcomed. That is the vibe y'all put out into the world. You were the ones to inspire me to build my own tiny home (still in progress cuz I am old and fat and it is taking me forever lol) and I think I built in on wheels, just in case I just might end up in the mountains of Tennessee. ;-)

Love it that you are building your own, that’s really a dream of most of us, but for now; Incredible Tiny Homes & their developed Properties will only take homes they have built, I think. You never now, that may or may not change, but just so you know, in case you ever want to head out there. It would be great to see if they rent out lots alone, but so far, they do it to sell their homes & rightfully so. The difference they make in so many lifes, because of their developed land is astonishing & commendable in my eyes. Much love to you & to all who persue this Tiny Dream... 💕🙏🏼💞

Position 3 or 4 units with "Courtyard" in center. That would be excellent for temperate areas to add entertainment/living area for year round living.
Conestoga Wagons were set up that way when the Westward bound Pioneers set up for the night or for stopping for short times. Also many Mexican Haciendas are arranged similar.
At that point your spending normal size home dollars.
What a beautiful little world they have created there. It's been truly exciting to watch the neighborhoods come to fruition. Amanda and Randy are the definition of the JOY is in the journey NOT the destination..and then there's the star of the show ACE ✨😀😉

You wouldn't have to attach it if you wanted to do an Ibox with a model home. You could connect them using a deck, making it a separate stand alone room/s

So true, they've converted a 'brownfield' site into a thriving community, and now the expansion into the land on the Mountain makes it even more desirable.

@@jacquelinejohnson3141 It has to do with maximum load size allowed on the road, since they are considered an RV. Obviously the Add-a series can add up to a larger home when joined, since they are still taken apart for transport.

If you move the I-Cottage's opening to the bedroom closet into the wall opposite the laundry closet, it would provide an additional usable blank wall in the bedroom.
Great idea, and when laundry is done just turn around and hang clothes in closet, I love that idea

I live in a tiny home (10x20) and I have my antique pieces AND my sewing and embroidery machines. Sure, I cant leave them out 24/7, but its crazy to say you CAN'T bring something. Get creative and make it work for YOU, not how the salesperson tries to tell you.
Exactly!!!! Too controlling..it's your home, so add whatever you want!!! Some people may steer away from purchasing the homes, as they want to keep their precious antiques, which may change their minds about purchasing, all because of the negative interjection about not keeping your heirlooms.

I love their tiny houses, but I like more that beautiful paradise so full of trees.
I live in Fl and have my house fully paid for. But what I like most about the Tiny Houses community is the unity they have in many places.
I wish you the best and may God continue to help you in this beautiful project you have.
All the seams, gaps, exposed bolts and cracks on the walls make it look like very shoddy work. Just not worth the cost.
The original remnant door panels is not for everyone, which is why they offer the new panels.
I would make the bedroom the living room and add a cottage for your bedroom/ bathroom.
Love you guys so awesome are your ideas. Modular homes for our youngins, makes me want to cry. They need help for sure!

@@Swim136 Yes, that's true, I like them for off season bedding. Also used one for a trip to Australia, and it was terrific at squeezing into one bag all the clothes I needed for six weeks in their late winter.

Suggestion: when add a box, instead of kitchen at end, how about leaving kitchen where it is and leave bathroom area blank. Area could be used as breakfast area, pantry, and add a picture or dormer window for elegant dining.

Our winters aren't too harsh, unless you are on the Plateau or in the mountains. However, Newport is in the valley. Watch out for ice though.

I can’t completely envision it. I would love to see someone that lives on the property with four connected incredi-box/ incredi-cottage with full size appliances, washer, dryer, stove, fridge, more counter space, pull out pantries, closet for vacuum, brooms, etc. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and one wall in each bedroom with floor to ceiling closets, plus office/craft room and all lofts off grid. What size lot would you have for a four incredi-box or incredi-cottage? I would love for you guys to have a little village on the property. Laundromat, hair salon, community center, general store, gym, indoor walking track, indoor pool, library, storage units, handi-person shop(repair, build, add improvements and value to my home) cell phone towers & infrastructure to get great WiFi and cell signals, community vegetable/ flower gardens, bike/hiking trails, a park, nice playground, benches, outdoor water pad, basketball courts(with bleachers) pavilions, bbq site dog park.
I believe that you have hit the nail on the head. I don’t need an incredi-box/incredi-cottage. I need a permanent foundation tiny home with two/three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, office, kitchen living combo, in a condensed tiny home version. Separate area for First Time Home Owners Programs SOUNDS GREAT for families!!! Beautiful communities with exceptional curb appeal and affordable. I’d purchase one immediately. Then work from home. With all these different amenities; I would NEVER have to leave the community unless I choose to. Win, Win for me and my new amazing sought after community of INCREDIBLE TINY LIVING 😂🎉

It might be a year or more from now to have all the add-a-box configurations people have come up with - get some photos and footage of that - and sales will go up immensely for this concept.

Save time and money 💰. Leave the kitchen where it is. Do not install the washroom but leave the option in the floor. This way you could have a little private eat area or office area when not eating there. This of course would work with the add a box and have the washroom in the add-a-box ,then there is room for that closet and stackable W/D with the bedroom.
I Think u should add the rod in and shelf in the closet on the deluxe model for the price, then it is move In ready!

You can do whatever you like, within reason. Just have to draw it up to scale, to be sure it's really feasible.

you might do an Add a Box without the end wall, made to attach to an Increda Box as you wouldn't need that double wall when adding two end to end
But you will need it for the move, and if you ever separate them.
In a “kitchen only” IncrediBox - I might keep where the sink/counter is, and add additional counter space, cabinets & W/D. Amanda touched on a good point, about water heaters ..would you need more than one? ..if you had water use in each Box? Just wondering 🤔
You could have a 19 gallon WH in each, especially if you use a tub in the master suite, and have laundry in the kitchen box.
