I haven’t seen Ace in the last few videos … is everything okay?
send some to TX we are dry here in houston
The little cottage Under, the cabinet . You can put a pull out pantry there It can be three shelves that are adjustable shelving
I love the cottage but it may be better to swap the locations of the sink and toilet and have the toilet face the wall, not the shower. That's just my opinion and maybe there's a reason it isn't already laid out this way.
do these require a special permit to move?
Love it Randy especially the bay window, I was told to make the trip to Newport to check things out then I need to sell my home I do have a question I am a addicted sewer so that would be very important ,what do you think Randy& Amanda?
Can you change the floor plans if you get two cottages. I would need the 400 sqft. But I’d put kitchen on back wall of one cottage and larger bathroom at back wall of other cottage so I have room for my wheel chair or walker
The pictures look pretty good I like those as well
for some of the people that need refrigerator up a little higher than stooping down is easier , but other than that is nice for maybe 1 or 2 people
What exactly is an EMP?, and how much is it please? Also, I thought the Incredibox was $20k? Y'all are scaring me a bit because by the time I can get one next year , it may be too much 🥴. God bless 🙏

EMP. Best look up what it is and how easy it could knock out electronics. Everything we own runs on electronics. Cars, TVs microwaves, transformers, cell phones, computers, and satellites. An EMP would do more damage than a nuclear bomb with a lot less effort.
@@bluebird4805 i noticed during the Grove tour he said the panel upgrade was $2500 but he said in order to make sure your house is built in January the RJO panel upgrade is $7k 🤔
@@timeforchange3786 He said that? I thought the RJO was going to be15K with solid panels? He makes it very confusing to follow on these videos. And I do not find the web site very helpful at all.
@@cherricrittenden894 As far as I know, there is no surge protector on the planet that will protect from an EMP. You would have to build a Faraday box around your structure or the items you want to protect.
@@lraMelvinChippensteinEsq I never said anything about a surge protector. Must have been someone else’s answer.
NICE ! 😊
I wish the Cottage was 8 x 24.....no permit needed to haul it!!!!
I may be moving there after all, I'm still praying
I want that loft to be a desk that lowers down for me with a lift over the bed and easy to raise back up to put away when not working.
I dont see the problem
DIY means make it what you want😊
DYI doesn't mean paying for nonsense like poor design and cheap, poorly placed toilets and light fixtures.
it love the rio but I wish you did it with wood instead of the panels :(
Paint the door of the cottage GREY for a good contrast! or leave it white. 🦋
Love the incredicottage
When I tried the google link for tiny home, finance, it said broken. ..?
What a crock. Pay $10k for a lot, THEN pay $300/month?
There’s no $10,000 lots anymore!!!
