ఏపీలో ఇసుక మైనింగ్‌పై సుప్రీం కీలక మార్గదర్శకాలు | SC Key Guidelines On Illegal Sand Mining At AP

ఇసుక మైనింగ్ పై సుప్రీంకోర్టు మార్గదర్శకాలు వెలువరించింది.
ప్రతీ జిల్లాలో పోలీసు అధికారులతో కలిపి కమిటీ ఏర్పాటు చేయాలని ఆదేశించింది.వెంటనే రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం ఫిర్యాదులు, పరిష్కార వ్యవస్థ ఏర్పాటు చేయాలని ఆదేశాల్లో పేర్కొంది. టోల్ ఫ్రీ నంబర్ , ఈమెుయిల్ ఐడీ ఏర్పాటు చేసిన విస్త్రత ప్రచారం కలిపించాలని ఆదేశించింది. కేంద్ర పర్యావరణ మంత్రిత్వశాఖ అధికారుల తరచూ ఇసుక మైనింగ్ జరిగే ప్రాంతాల్లో తనిఖీలు చేపట్టాలని స్పష్టం చేసింది. తనిఖీలు చేపట్టే ముందు రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వ అధికారులకు సమాచారం ఇవ్వాల్సిన అవసరం లేదని తేల్చిచెప్పింది.
