My wife found out she has an allergy to them and I've been searching for a good recipe where the batter doesn't taste like chalk. She also has a milk allergy too, but she is ok with it in moderation. She loves bananas too. I know some I've seen said I can use them as a substitute for eggs. Please send me one if you know of good recipe. Thanks.

If you recreate this and omit the egg whites, you should be good to go. They'll be a little less fluffy, but still be good.
