This is my third time doing this work out. I’m amazed at how difficult it is for me to balance. I’m going keep on keeping on.
Please do another core workout that combines some stretching 15 minute long ish
I did this balance workout and I was all over the place. I will be repeating this workout out until I get stronger and more balanced. Then I’ll see what other balance videos are available.😊
