I hope all difficult coworkers are watching.
0:07 he looks like a pissed off squash, also very helpful video
Did this recently for someone. Had to stand in for another person because they had formed a friendship with the individual (error). Had the desired positive outcome..
i like this video
Whenever I am late for work, my boss takes me into her office, locks the door, closes the windows, makes me pull my pants down and bend over her desk. Then she opens her file cabinet and gets out a large belt and whacks me furiously on the ass, all the while shouting dirty remarks and telling me what a bad boy I've been. Needless to say, I am often late. I am going to check the employee handbook to see if this is in line with the established company disciplinary policy.
Thats illegal
i love it
yeah awe some
This video was very helpful. I gave me some good ideas on how to deal with difficult employees. Thanks!
Here in 2021
You know who you are.
Is it right to discipline an employee in front of other employees? It is fairly clear that the manager is unprofessional.
Ask an employee to do something never tell them to do something, and then when it does not happen get on their ass.
step ***, LET THEM SPEAK TOO, hear what they are saying and come to an arrangement of mutual acceptance...forcing someone into something is never good for the long run!
Yh
seriously. do your job, help your co-workers out, follow the company rules, use common sense....for the most part, you will be fine...disciplinary action is taken against you when: you are being lazy, not doing your job, not following the company rules and guidlines. i have worked almost all of my entire life, and I never had any type of disciplinary action taken against me..no verbal, no warning, no written warning, etc...simply bcz I respect my job! very simple! the company doesnt want to take disciplinary action against you. they do it bcz they had to! simple!
The lady manager looks fierce. It is as if she was saying, "Bend over boy to receive your caning......."
I love this video. May I share this at my class?

I can imply that this takes place on a Friday because of "every day this week"

I want her to discipline me.

😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Me too
Ms. Vallorani is funny
@ToxicButterflyXx I think you might have a case for a lawsuit...
I always tell my workers to keep their heads low and never make eye contact when i enter my shop and any issues they have they take them up with the manager and the manager and i will discuss proper action too many people in America act cocky when they are workers remember your income decides your place not your feelingb
True
Video is great, but demonstration is exactly the emotional communication style that destroys morale in my own workplace, the very reason I'm here for a video in the first place! How ironic!
No mention of whether there may be some reason or difficulty causing the problem, this assumes that the employee is wilfully falling below standard.
Very millennial response.
What if hes late because in reality he cant start on tasks until another employee gets there an hour later?
No spanking or forced sexual contact? Doesn't seem very effective...
