Insider Threat and You

Traditional insider threat employee trainings outline indicators of an insider threat then asks employees to be on the lookout for those traits in others and report them. That type of training does little to instill positive intent in your organization. When data moves off the network to an untrusted site, it is most often due to human error or negligence. So why not ask your employees to work WITH the security team to help protect your company and your data. This training teaches the risks of insider threats while supporting a positive work environment by assuming positive intent until proven otherwise.
