This was a solid, well delivered set. Props to her. I don't know what people are fuckin complaining about, u have to let go of that blind hate for female comedians. Sure, the greatest comedians in history are men and the most famous female comedians are some of the most one dimensional, basic ones. But you can't let that hate prevent you from enjoying genuinely good comedy
Kaneco I think the morons who think that ALL women aren't funny just like to say it, whereas the rest of us are too polite to complain constantly about the middle aged white guy ranting unfunnily about the pains of PC culture.
Joan Rivers was incredibly famous and brilliant. In the UK we have a ton of female comedians, Sarah Millican is probably the most famous and she sells out every time she does a tour.

You sad fuck. She was excellent in every line, edgy, waited for reaction from a strange audience. Brilliant. Will I go to iTunes to download her work? No, because I don't give money to Apple. If a DVD from her shows up then I would buy that. Good honest humour.

This was really funny..saw her on the show, and had to look her up. Rarely do I do that for a comedian/comedienne. Rarely are they this good. She did exceptionally well in the limited time frame.
She tickled my funny bone, what can I say? I liked it. I can see how her style isn't for everybody, but at the time I watched it it got the job done.

Finally actually funny comedian.
The past few comedians on this show have been pretty ordinary.
I figure a big thorn in these comedian's sides is that ugly thing called "standards & practices"... basically guidelines for what jokes you can and can not tell when you go on stage. It's the biggest hurdle for major network performances. Some networks have much looser s&p, notably comedy central and HBO.

A terrible ending to an otherwise excellent show.
This bit resembled an audio version of a run-of-the-mill self-obsessed Twitter feed with barely any following.
alot of female comedians give this same type of delivery and cadence. ordinary.
not bad for a female comic.
She was... witty, I guess. But that doesn't always translate into funny, not for me at least. And the kind of sarcastic, "I'm really clever but hot" shtick has been done over and over again. See, this is the problem I have with most female comedians; they don't know how to be... or don't want to be self-deprecating or at least unafraid to look or sound silly. They always have to appear really sexy and wear a badge of confidence. All the female comedians I find funny are all a bit of a clown, unafraid of dressing up in costume and doing some physical comedy. Whether it's Kate McKinnon, Melissa McCarthy, Mo Collins, Nicole Sullivan, Alexandrea Bornstein, or Carol Burnett, they all seem to be naturally funny and aren't trying to sound condescending or like they're the smartest person in the room, and they seem a lot more creative than (I hate to say it) the typical female comedians. I just wish there were more of them out there... not more Chelsea Handlers and Sarah Silvermans. I'm talking about women in comedy with real talent. Maybe culture plays a part in this too. I just don't find her funny at all. I know she would not survive at the Apollo Theatre in Harlem. That audience would eat her alive.

Ehh. I know I shouldn't care because its comedy, but the fact that a woman made a testicular cancer joke rubs me the wrong way. It was a completely uncontrollable gut reaction. It'd be like me joking about ovarian cancer. I know better than to go there.
