      rahema xx there’s no such thing as a “dream body”, everyone has a different body type and genes play into it. Your definition of a “dream body” is different from everyone else. Slimmer people with straight bodies like the idea of curves/hour glass figure, thicker people like the idea of a slim body.

    Tip, don’t eat while watching tv or yt or anything, it makes you want to go back and eat again and again whenever your watching tv, sometimes eating in an kinda uncomfortable position or just staring at a blank wall will make you not crave eating anymore, try it

    Went from 165 to 145 in the past 5 months and the biggest thing is to not expect to see change right away. Biggest tips are to completely (if possible) replace any beverage for water. Say that a drink is like 200 calories * every meal, that’s like 600 every day which results in a lb over a week. Also, running 6x a week will help tremendously !!

    YES! We need more videos about MAINTAINING weight loss. Because it feels discouraging to me when I want to trim down a little but feel like: what if I can't maintain this? When in reality the amount I want to lose is very healthy and reasonable and purely for my own happiness and comfort. I can still do that in a sustainable way

    Damn I wish she filmed her exercising on the reg in the beginning, I’m starting to actually be conscious of what I eat and just scanning the barcodes to the packages of food I consume on my fitness pal app is great. It’s made me realize that I consume a lot of sugar on the daily which just turns to fat when not burned off.

    You look amazing and it is super inspiring for me to get in shape! Also I used to have acne similar to yours in the exact same spots- very persistent and under the skin. Nothing worked until I got prescribed spironolactone! You are so beautiful as is but just wanted to pass on the knowledge, since I relate to exactly that!!! 💕

    *what I learned from a Binge-eating Doctor/Specialist*
    Don't call anything a "cheat meal" because subconsciously, you will start to correlate all these foods as something bad for you. Then you will feel guilty when you eat those foods and not enjoy it. You'll feel very messed up down the line. You see how Tessa said she eats things like bagels? That is MORE than okay! You cannot gain weight from eating 1 bagel a couple times a week. Just eat the right portions (look it up) and make sure you are burning more calories than you consume. If you have that bagel for breakfast, ok! Then eat salads for your two other meals. MAKE SURE you tell yourself food is for your LIFE. You can truly eat each bite and ENJOY it and still achieve the body of your dreams while still being mentally healthy

    Hey everyone. I hope someone reads this and can help me. I've been dealing with anorexia over a year now and I've lost about 40 pounds. With that I've really messed up my health and my menstruation. Now I've started eating more than before (it was a challenge at first) but I've started binging and I can't control myself. I now I'm supposed to gain weight but I'm so scared. Any advice to how to stop binging and to gain weight sustainable whilst eating normal?

      Honestly my advice would be to allow yourself to binge with no guilt. Just try to binge on healthy food and meals. Eat big healthy meals and allow yourself to eat until you’re full :) your body is in recovery and it’s natural that your binging since you’ve been restricting for so long.
      This is just based on personal experience. I gained weight for about a year and after that it took me a long time to figure out how to eat healthy without restrictions to maintain a healthy weight again. And I still fluctuate a little bit, but I no longer restrict or binge. :)
      I know it’s a lot easier said than done but my recovery truly came with time. And unfortunately I did have to go through that period of gaining weight and binging to get back to healthy eating proportions. And recovery is soooo worth it ♥️
      Again just based on my personal experience!

      Hey. I too struggled with anorexia and was forced into recovery and eventually developed binge eating disorder. I never once went to therapy (no health insurance) although I do suggest finding some sort of support because it’s imperative for recovery. Honestly I gained about half my weight back from binging and at one point I just stopped binging and started normalizing my eating patterns and my weight went back to normal and into a healthy range. Honestly if you just allow yourself the foods u tend to binge on, then you will stop binging on them. Restriction was the number one mistake I made at first. Now I allow myself foods I once feared like icecream, waffles, but in moderation and within the recommend serving size (most times, sometimes I have more but it all depends on how Im feeling). But just incorporating a variety of foods and eliminating restriction is really the key to stop binging. If you’re afraid of gaining fat, don’t be. It distributes back to normal and honestly it feels worse than it looks. At the very beginning you may be scared but just keep reminding yourself that you need it in order to restore proper bodily functions. Two months ago I finally got my period back after a year and a half and honestly it’s the biggest blessing ever. Also, my hair stopped shedding as much. I hope this helps.     6:35 I just transitioned into being vegan and it’s extremely difficult at times when I crave meat. It does get easier though, and I’m not saying to go vegan if you don’t want to, even if you cut down on meat I’d say you’re making a big impact. I’ve made so many alternatives like lasagna, pizza, etc. and they are all so good so it’s getting easier. I can say that I do feel more energized and I’ve lost some weight and I can see my abs now and I’m so happy.
