You do realize that just because she USED alcohol to COPE with what she was going through, and yes, mentioned she turned into an alcoholic. Does NOT mean she doesn't know how to control it now. Stop saying negative things. My BIL was a bad addict to some stuff back in the day. Alcohol included. He now drinks casually. He KNOWS when enough is enough. You can go to therapy, learn your problems and still live your life.

@@2284Nikkink you for addressing that, my husband used to “drown” sadness due to money and job issues he had for years with alcohol, quit for a few years and now drinks casually and knows when to stop and better coping ways, it makes me sooooo mad when people basically say you can’t drink ever again if you at some point have abused alcohol, shoot I did back in high school and now if on a Saturday I want a few drinks I’ll have them because it’s knowing your own self. Some yes, can’t and shouldn’t drink again, but not everyone is that way, some can control it better then others with help. It’s not complicated and not everyone’s the same

Actually, she is allowed to bring that it just can't be opened. It also can only be that size no bigger. I have done it myself because I like to keep them as souvenirs. But that is a good thing to know when I am coming out of Canada.

I swear this is not meant to sound like shade, but please me mindful about wearing perfume and scented lotion on a plane. My mom has severe asthma and allergies to scented products (among other things) and nothing is worse than being trapped on a plane with someone wearing a scent your throat is closing off to. Yes she has inhalers and an epipen but you have to escape what you are reacting to and you can’t 30,000 ft in the air. I’m sure many people have never thought of someone being so allergic to scents but lots of people are!
Yes!! Perfume is a migraine trigger for me. The worst.
Fragrance is a huge headache trigger for me as well & makes me feel sick. Very much appreciate when people don’t overload on the fragrance!

I have that exact bag and can confirm it is the best!! I bought it 5 years ago second hand and continue to use it with my 2 kids. I throw it around and spill things on it - it wipes clean and still looks brand new. Nylon baby bags are IT

hiiii flight attendant here! just want to let you know you’re not allowed to drink your own alcohol on the plane, it’s an FAA regulation (all US airlines enforce this)! if you’re going to bring your own minis, be smart about it - take the empty bottles with you off the plane & don’t pour them when an FA can see you 😘
Oh no opening your own alcohol on a plane is breaking a federal law. I learned the hard way. You can BRING it but you can’t open it on the plane 😬😬 don’t do this y’all. Someone else told me this so I did it and the flight attendant was not impressed 😅

An extra pair of panties. ALWAYS in my travel bag cuz you never know. And sometimes panty liners, just bc if the flight is long, it’s easier to change that and feel fresh than to change your undies.

Girl. I was just on an airplane and the woman behind me smelled like she DUMPED an ENTIRE bottle of Japanese cherry blossom body spray on her. Headache. Nausea. It was disgusting.
I take a change of 1 day/daily lenses so I can remove mine before I sleep and have a fresh pair after, and a pair of prescription glasses just incase, also makeup samples (from Sephora checkout) before I had children now I go bare faced since it’s less fussy…

Loved these ideas! I always travel with peppermint - never thought about bringing my little bottle of Valor! 👏🏻 I watched several “Away Together w/Nik & Allie” CZcamss. It helped with the pre-trip anxiety of how do we do the liquids bag, what’s the best way to pack a carry on, etc. We felt totally prepared and had great TSA and flight experiences. Whew!!!

Just an FYI you can get fined A LOT if you pour your own cocktail on a flight lol just don’t be obvious and you’re good! I was in a flight with my friend and she almost got into a lot of trouble on our way to Hawaii lol

I’ve heard a lot of those early bird drinkers say they drink because they are bored or tired from constant business travel. And I’ve also heard a few say they hate when they’re at the airport before the bars open because there’s nothing to do. I don’t understand it because I don’t drink alcohol often. Also, Dramamine is great if you have a sensitive stomach. They make a less drowsy formula if you don’t want to pass out. Obviously, Dramamine might not work for everyone, but it’s worth a try if you get nauseous every time you fly. Gum is great for blocked ears from the pressure change. Having a piece before you take off or land is best so you can be chewing it before those pressure changes happen. Like she showed in the vid with the pain meds, have some on hand because the pressure changes can give you a headache, especially if you’re sick. Been there, and it sucks when your head feels like it’s going to explode.
This made me 100x even more excited to pack for my weekend vacay next week!!! I’m an over packer and this was so me! Love it
