It could be the most fun you have professionally (it is for me) and it is a lot of work. The Corey and Corey Groups in Action book and video are great and the best experience is getting in a group yourself. You'll quickly learn what works for you and doesn't. The anxiety is your desire to be perfect. Don't be perfect, be good and with practice, you'll get better. Thanks for the feedback and good luck in your group work!
