What a weird property line. It's also smelly. Why don't they just update the fence layout to represent it?
Our next door neighbor waited till we wasn't home and had a man come and cut down our tree that was on our property. So my dad tore down her fence and ran over her prize roses with a lawn mower. He then had the property surveyed, come to find out about a foot of her house all the way down sat on our property. I don't know how that happened.
