That's right, let's create a cut line for a sticket in Adobe InDesign, not Illustrator. Hopefully this method works a little faster and easier than creating your cut contour lines in Adobe Illustrator.

Interesting that illustrator doesn't have a similar clipping feature.
To be honest I just go and use the convert to vector feature, clean it up and then offset it.
Agreed. Most functions between InDesign are similar in Illustrator. I couldn’t find a similar setup in Illustrator.
