Great inspirational story! I agree that financially rewarding good governance is a good idea to fight corruption in Africa however, many great African leaders have been murdered, exiled, emprisoned with the help of "outsiders" (europe, america etc.). One cannot fully address the issue of governance in Africa without addressing outside influence.

O que me espanta é porque estes srs que tanto falam de África, não vivem lá, vivem fora desse continente!!!! E são bilionários como dizem, questiono porque estes srs não investem lá, construindo fábricas, escolas, infraestruturas etc...etc... Uma vez que possuem todos recursos lá!!!! Porque este continente passa a "vida" a pedir milhões/biliões a outros estados/países/continentes, quando teêm todos os recursos para se desenvolverem sozinhos !!!!!
