I love it, A little Pete Townsend in your guitar strumming. Great song. Bruce singing about becoming a father with passion.
Thanks Gary 👌
Brilliant
Thanks Johanna :)
As usual: awesome!
Thanks Dennis 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Thanks so much. Another wonderful lesson of a great tune. These albums were so fresh. I love this band. Not at all a fan of what he is doing these days but damn I love this older stuff.
Thanks for tuning in as always Larry 🤘🤘🤘
me too, I loved those 2 albums, fresh, joyful, with great guitar parts that we never heard again on subsequent records!
@@lucasolari3756 Agree 100% with you Luca. That band and tour and music was so fresh (perfect word for it). I look at this tour now and it is overkill. It is just too much of the same and I see why people like it cause most people want the same over and over again but for me my days of seeing Bruce are long gone. An acoustic tour would get me there for sure. Or what do you think of a 4 piece rockin band tour? Bruce, the Professor, a bass player and a drummer (not Max)? This stadium stuff leaves me cold. You? Cheers from Quebec Canada
@@pageluvva you're right! I have some things to say about, I'll write here as soon as possible!
@@lucasolari3756 I look forward to it
so beautiful !!! I hope tabs have also the other guitar parts...!
They do indeed Luca :)
🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌
Thanks Asensio :)
Another one of my favourites, love it, thanks James.
🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
I just watched that video last night and was wondering the key. Thanks.
Awesome glad the video helped Ryan!
The key is D.
Use tunebat to find song keys.
I love this version. Thank you.
Yep me too Tom. Such an epic performance from Bruce and the band on this one!
Very Nice!!.. Can you do a lesson on "Nightshift"?
Thanks Nathaniel! All requests are done via monthly polls on the subscribestar site. I did actually put Nightshift in a few of the polls but it didn’t get picked. Maybe in the future! Here’s the link to the site anyway 👌. www.subscribestar.com/bruceguitar
Great rendition. You nailed the sound. Not 100% sure but I think on the record is recorded with guitars 1 step down and played in E shape. Your guess?
Thanks Petride! I have done a lesson on the album version. Here's the link. It sounds to me like Drop D and a D5 chord to start with rather than a D major (or E major if dropped down). Think it sounds thicker by not having the major 3rd in the chord. Here's the link if you wanted to check it out. czcams.com/video/zc3wI_cf90o/video.html
Great video. You’re helping me master so many of Bruce’s songs. Do you know what pickups Bruce uses?
Hi Ashley. Think sometimes he does change them for various tours but think the ones he used the most are the Joe Barden ‘Gatton T style’ pickups which I use now in my Tele and they sound awesome!
Glad you’re enjoying the videos :)
PS: your Tele has sounds better than Fontayne's guitars in the 1992/93 tour! 😅
Haha I don’t know about that 😂. His sound is awesome 🤘🤘🤘
@@BruceGuitar I really do love your sound as well. I have the same guitar with the same pickups now but yet can´t manage to find the right settings with my Katana amp. Do you have any suggestions or experience with that maybe? What settings do you use with your Line6 Helix?
@@marvinachenbach4883 Hi Marvin. I don't have a Katana so it's difficult to know what exactly to dial in on the Katana. There may well be some free patches you can download for it? The Helix is amazing so unlikely it'll be as good as the Helix but the Katana's are great
@@BruceGuitar yeah I can look for patches but I don't think that there are any. I have the Katana since Christmas and the Helix is too expensive...😁
