      @ScottyOsmosis Před 2 lety +5

      @Joe Tomlin well two cops, already exposed her lies of false claim from any physical injuries or abuses, I don’t see how any more witnesses could be more credible than that

    • @mariomarin4702
      @mariomarin4702 Před 2 lety +1

      @Joe Tomlin none of them will win. Defamation lawsuit is hard to prosecute in the US because of the First Ammendment plus Amber did not mention his name. So one can only speculate that what she states in the article also pertains to Johnny Depp.
      And Amber, so far, has no substantial evidence that Johnny abused her physically/emotionally.
      Besides that both contributed to a social media court-soap, they will both walk out in a tie. Not guilty.

      It's seems that she left an lasting impression on the jurors which is important In a 6 week trial. The female officer's testimony was also important as well as the man affiliated with the ACLU who basically proved the op-ed was about Depp and itbwas revised numerous times to avoid violating the NDA.

      @niallk9336 Před 2 lety +3

      @@bereal6590 PTSD is literally her entire career. How is she biased?
      As she pointed out in the redirect, treating therapists are not an objective source. The treating therapists have a moral obligation to take Amber's side and believer her word. It's also why they aren't allowed to testify.
      Amber was free to hire a 2nd opinion. But it doesn't appear there was one.
      This is actually a huge risk by Johnny's team. It just goes to show how confident they were in Amber's personality and manipulative tactics.
      Getting a court ordered shrink to interview your SA accuser ... that's a big "And The Truth Shall Set You Free" moment.
      And yes, as the side requesting it and the suing litigant, Johnny had to pay for it. It's a civil trial, not criminal. The court won't pay, the costs fall on Johnny. She's still held to account by the Judge; and had her objective findings -- straight from the peer reviewed tests -- been in Amber's favor, she would have been called to testify by the defense.

    As the psychologist said, Amber’s deception is sophisticated. I just know Amber was fine with the psychological evaluation because she thought she could trick her way through it, which is corroborated by the psychologist’s findings that Amber diminished any signs of mental illness in her tests. She is a psychologist not a psychiatrist. I think it should be met with a level of scepticism when hired by the plaintiff as to validity. Psychologists can often come to a different diagnosis, depending on the chosen psychometric tests and their own bias.
      If it is an accurate diagnosis, having a mental health disorder is not damning. That's an unhealthy narrative. I think the phone calls of her preventing him leaving were much more damning than this ethically questionable diagnosis which has a clear motive. BPD sufferers have enough stigma without this.

We used to silently cheer when they were discharged or signed out AMA--usually because they weren't able to manipulate staff and get their own way. Many physically assaulted staff. It's a very serious illness and very, very difficult to treat. People need years of DBT, therapy, and psychopharmacology. just off the top of my head....
    *his entire life, Depp has been known for his kindness off camera, and his humility
    *his former partners support him, and he had 14 stable family years with Paradis
    *he didn't wake up one day in his 50's and decide to suddenly become abusive
    * quite hypocritical and anti-feminist when women support an abuser solely bc she is a female, it harms all of us women to do so
    *zero evidence he ever laid a finger on her, despite all of her surreptitious and illegal recording (his audio was suggested by therapist and both were aware of it), and the video slamming cabinets was taken when his mother had just died and he had lost 600M, yet she kept antagonizing him when he was clearly already distraught, when she could have left him alone at any time, then smiles and laughs at end
    *when her friend yells for Johnny 'to stop' and etc, his security comes into room and finds he is 20 feet away from her
    *one day after her 'bruise' pics, she is photographed sans makeup with no bruise
    *after calling 911, all three officers saw no indications of dv and she was uncooperative
    *she sent a letter stating if she didn't get penthouse, cars and money , she would file for restraining order
    *she was angry that it leaked that she had been a stripper and blamed him though he didn't leak it
    *she has not one but two prior dv arrests
    *three police officers, highly competent forensic/clinical psychologist, hospital, staff, ad infinitum all back up Depp's not Heard's falsified accounts...I suppose they are ALL lying except for Heard?
    *she admits on audio to being the one who starts physical fights, mocks him for not engaging but leaving when she is violent, severed his finger and put out a cig on his face, PER HOSPITAL RECORDS
    *she violated the TRO by seeking him out and trying to get him to sleep with her, probably so she could claim sexual assault
    *she withheld his withdrawal meds which is life threatening, taped him in pain and bought him a knife while encouraging self harm, she probably would have been fine if he died so she could portray 'grieving widow' since she was so livid that she wasn't in the will
    *plethora of ACTUAL EVIDENCE of HER violence, lies, etc and ZERO against Depp
    *as a true female victim of narc and childhood abuse, I am disgusted by her falsifying claims and hurting all true victims of violence, regardless of gender
    *she has set back decades of fighting for justice for violence against women
    *media purposefully slanted facts in Heard's favor for years, even though the audios and evidence were available, probably due to Musk's pockets
    *her father was jailed for extreme animal abuse ('torturous dogfighting ring'), granted not her, but indicative of the family's cruelty mindset/anti-social pathology and lack of empathy

    As I watch the events of the trial unfold, I have never felt more thankful to be in recovery from my Borderline Personality Disorder. There is no excuse or justification for the horrendous treatment of Johnny by Amber nor for the malicious lies she spread. No matter the amount of emotional distress and agony I have experienced, I would never treat my worst enemy as despicably as Amber has treated Johnny. I have never struck another person, even in my most disregulated and heightened states. There is a level of coldness and narcissism displayed by Amber which is beyond something I can understand. I made the choice to learn Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills and practice them every single day because I wanted to reduce my suffering, learn how to cope effectively, and create a life worth living. Those with BPD can lead healthy, full lives if they put in the effort to learn skills and tools. Unfortunately, I observe a lack of empathy or compassion in Amber and she shows no interest in taking accountability or changing. I am so thankful that I have never been like her even in my darkest times, and that I have come so far from where I was in the past.

    Jd clearly has trouble hearing and seems to close his eyes every time he has to focus on audio, why do they keep zooming in on him trying to make it look like he’s sleeping?

    After watching hours of coverage I can safely state that the judge is biased to Amber's attorneys.

      I agree. The judge seems to let ambers lawyers get their way a lot more, as opposed to ignoring many of johnnys lawyers. It seems to have gotten a little better in the more recent videos, but it still is biased. Maybe the judge is just weak and doesn’t wanna argue with ambers aggressive lawyers, but it’s still 👎👎👎

      It’s because they’re the defense, that’s how the judge is supposed to be.
