I read your earlier comment and said to myself "What!??!" Sure enough, right around the 24 min mark, sound goes bonkers. I checked for sand worms... none. So I always keep my last two episodes of every series on my computer for just such a situation which allowed me to re-render it, load it up and fix the problem. Thanks!
