The drummer in this concert was Ryan Folden, who is American. He left because he wanted to spend more time with his wife, but I'm also guessing he prefers being in the United States even if he doesn't say it. But yes, other than that they all have been Italian. Richard Meiz is their current drummer though. But yeah, love this band.
