Hey mate, wanted to ask with the kicks, do you need to have the strongest of legs like the gym bros for the ball to go high and far or can it still be achieved with the technique if your legs are reasonably strong in the sense you exercise often and train.
If your legs are reasonably strong then good technique can produce good goal kicks. However having strong legs will help you achieve great goal kicks very far exceeding the halfway line with ease even against bad weather. Reasonably strong legs may struggle with very far kicks and will cross the halfway line but in bad weather it may struggle.
@@benjaminlinnes387 wrong. Muscular strength and muscular hypertrophy are 2 different things. They have very strong legs and indeed they are big for that matter. But their strength doesn't properly accumulate to the size of their legs as they, like every other footballer are performance athletes meaning they have underlying strength in the muscles even though their size aren't as big in proportion.
