Cdh and c 19-9 blood tests எடுத்தேன் for cancer tumor, அதில ஒன்னும் cancer இல்லை weight also reduced, But one month ah எனக்கு தொண்டை வலி , சாப்பிட்டால் வலி இருக்கு. வீக்கம் இல்லை . Usg ஸ்கேன் எடுத்தால் தொண்டையில் எதுவும் இல்லை.இது என்னவாக இருக்கும். Peptic அல்சர் இருகும் மா? எனக்கு. பல ஆண்டுகளாக gastric problem இருக்கு.Doxtor please reply

Sir my uncle is affected by this cancer. He is undergoing chemo radiation. Seems like it is in esophagus and 2 lymp nodes but doctor dint tell about staging. If we under go surgery. How to avoid the recurrence? Thank you
For your uncle's stage, he has to undergo chemoradiation, following which, he has to undergo surgery. Be on regular follow up after surgery to diagnose any early recurrence.
