It’s very difficult to predict the survival exactly. Although when it’s stage 4 survival gets decreased from the day of metastasis and not from the time of detection. No one is born knowing the time of death which is decided by the almighty god. This could be ulcer but there are other causes also to be considered after detailed symptoms elicit ation . If am convinced with stomach related problem you may need to undergo endoscopy. Thanks
