- This month we meet up with Harry, the absolute legend behind Fire To Fork. He's incredibly successful (unlike us) and arguably the top campfire cook in the country. So, obviously, we go wheeling in his Delica and attempt to cheat our way into winning!

Flour mix:
• 1.5 cups self-raising flour
• 1/2 cup cornflour
• 1/2 tbspn thyme
• 1/2 tbspn basil
• 1/3 tbspn oregano
• 1 tbspn celery salt
• 1 tbspn black pepper
• 1 tbspn dry mustard
• 1 tbspn cumin
• 4 tbspn paprika
• 2 tbspn garlic salt
• 3 tbspn white pepper
• 1/2 tbspn MSG (or 2/3 tbspn salt)

Great to see the Deli. Took mine up to Cape Yorke, amongst other places, including much of the Tele Track (It didn't fail, I just did half the track because I was sick of the crowds!). Great vehicle. Quite capable (never going to be a rock-hopping monster) and very comfortable. Mine had a rear locker which made a huge difference. Good cook-off, both dishes looked amazing for in the bush.
lake llyle is crazy, especially after some rain. we accidentally did the DESCENT I believe its called. we went up it with a camper 😂
I love you ladies, but the Parmy and chips is always a go. But yet amazing episode

I think what people don't realize about these throttle controllers is that they bring electronic throttle control back towards a cable throttle where you get real throttle response.

Drive right past the lake, when you get to an intersection turn right, stay right and keep an eye out for a road (also on your right) called 'Bloody Cutting Rd.' That leads you down into the rats nest of tracks at the back of the lake.
