      Cervical mucus typically becomes thicker, clearer, and more slippery during the fertile window, which is when you are most likely to conceive. Monitoring changes in cervical mucus can be a helpful indicator of your ovulation date. However, it's important to note that this method is not foolproof, and other factors such as stress or hormonal imbalances can affect your cervical mucus pattern. If you are trying to conceive or have concerns about your menstrual cycle, it's best to consult with a healthcare provider for personalized guidance.

      Hi there, After ovulation, CM often transitions back to a thicker, less fertile quality. It may become creamy or sticky again, and eventually, it may become dry as you approach your period. However, if you have further concerns, it's best to consult with a healthcare provider who can provide personalized guidance and advice based on your medical history and needs.

      @premomfertility  Před měsícem

      Cervical mucus can change throughout your menstrual cycle. Around ovulation, Cervical mucus tends to become clear, stretchy, and jelly-like, resembling egg whites. This type of mucus is often associated with increased fertility and can indicate that you're nearing ovulation or are currently ovulating. If you're trying to conceive, tracking changes in your cervical mucus can be helpful for identifying your fertile window.

    Hello again ma'am. May I ask a question? What does the clear phase, ths stretchy & slippery thin one? Is it a sign that you are pregnant or not? Hoping for your respond thank you.

    • @premomfertility
      @premomfertility  Před měsícem

      The clear, stretchy, and slippery cervical mucus is typically associated with ovulation, not pregnancy. This type of mucus, often referred to as "egg white cervical mucus," is a sign that your body is preparing for ovulation and is considered fertile mucus, as it helps sperm travel through the cervix to fertilize an egg.
      If you're trying to conceive, this type of mucus can indicate that you are in your fertile window and may be a good time to have intercourse. However, the presence of this type of mucus alone is not a reliable indicator of pregnancy. It's best to use other signs, such as a missed period or a positive pregnancy test, to determine if you are pregnant.

      Having milky or lotion-like discharge during ovulation is not uncommon and can still indicate fertility. While stretchy discharge, often referred to as "egg white cervical mucus," is commonly associated with ovulation, it's not the only type of cervical mucus that suggests fertility. Also, please consider tracking BBT to confirm ovulation.🥰

      Hello, the white or cloudy sticky discharge you're experiencing is likely a normal part of your menstrual cycle, particularly during ovulation. It doesn't necessarily mean you're pregnant. @premomfertility  Před 8 měsíci

      While the presence of EWCM is often associated with ovulation, the absence of it doesn't necessarily mean you are not ovulating. It is recommended to track BBT and LH level together to confirm ovulation. If ovulation occurs, the BBT pattern will shift upward in temperatures 1-3 days post-ovulation and will remain elevated through the last phase of your cycle.

    • @premomfertility
      @premomfertility  Před měsícem

      Egg white cervical mucus (EWCM) is a type of cervical fluid that resembles raw egg whites and is typically associated with high fertility and the ovulation period. Since your period has been missed by at least 3 weeks and your home pregnancy test showed negative, this opens the possibility that you may have ovulated late. If you are having the fertile mucus, your body may be in a fertile window, but this is best supported by other fertility signs like LH surges and BBT spike. You may want to seize this stage and timely engage in sexual intercourse. In the meantime, you could repeat the home pregnancy test every 2-3 days if there are any pregnancy symptoms. Baby dust is coming towards you!

    What does creamy white discharge after periods mean,is it a sign of. Ovulation

    • @premomfertility
      @premomfertility  Před měsícem

      A creamy white discharge after your period can be a sign that your body is preparing for ovulation due to rising estrogen levels. However, it's important to monitor other signs and changes in your body, and tracking these changes with an ovulation tracking app or by observing physical symptoms can help you better understand your cycle. If you're trying to conceive, this could be an optimal time to engage in sexual intercourse, but if you're unsure or have concerns, consulting with a healthcare provider is always recommended.

    • @premomfertility
      @premomfertility  Před měsícem

      Even though your CM may not reach the classic egg white consistency, it's still possible to conceive with other types of CM. Creamy and watery CM can also indicate fertility, although they may not be as optimal for sperm survival and transport as egg white CM. However, if you're consistently ovulating and having intercourse around ovulation, you still have a chance of conceiving. Consider tracking other fertility signs, such as basal body temperature or ovulation predictor kits, to confirm ovulation and ensure that you're timing intercourse correctly. If you still have concerns, consulting a healthcare provider is advisable. Good luck & baby dust!🤞💕

Other signs of ovulation include changes in basal body temperature and LH levels. If you're unsure, tracking these signs or consulting with a healthcare professional may help.

      Hey! It's not uncommon to experience variations in cervical mucus throughout your cycle. Sticky discharge can be a normal part of the menstrual cycle, especially during the non-fertile phases. However, if you're actively tracking ovulation and haven't observed the typical changes in cervical mucus associated with ovulation (such as clear, stretchy, and egg-white consistency), it may be worth monitoring for further signs of ovulation like LH peak precedes ovulation or BBT changes before and after ovulation. Stay positive and keep observing your body signals!

If fertilization does not occur, the egg is shed during menstruation. If you have further concerns, please consult a healthcare provider.

    My period cycle is 23 or 24 days and period length is 5 days. Just after my periods that is on 6th day everytime I have egg white long stretchy discharge. What is the meaning of this? Am I ovulate early? Please let me know.

    • @premomfertility
      @premomfertility  Před 6 měsíci +1

      Having egg white and stretchy cervical mucus just after your period may indicate early ovulation, especially given your short menstrual cycle. If you're trying to conceive, this is valuable information, and you can increase your chances of pregnancy by having intercourse during this fertile window. However, it's essential to remember that cervical mucus changes are not a definitive confirmation of ovulation, and additional tracking methods(such as ovulation predictor kits (OPKs) and basal body temperature (BBT)) can be used for more precise monitoring. If you have concerns or difficulty conceiving, consider consulting a healthcare provider or fertility specialist for guidance.

      @premomfertility  Před 7 měsíci +1

      If you are experiencing watery cervical mucus, it could be a sign that you are approaching ovulation or in the early fertile phase. However, it's important to note that cervical mucus alone is not a definitive indicator of ovulation. Many women use additional methods such as tracking basal body temperature or using ovulation predictor kits (OPKs) to confirm ovulation.
      If you are trying to conceive and want to pinpoint your fertile days accurately, consider using a combination of methods or consult with a healthcare provider for guidance on tracking your ovulation.

      Cervical mucus variations are a natural part of your cycle. When it's dry, it usually suggests that you're not in your fertile period. During fertile days, it often becomes more like egg-white in consistency. If you're in your two-week wait (TWW), a good approach is to take a pregnancy test between 12 and 14 days post-ovulation, using the first urine in the morning for best accuracy. Wishing you all the best and sending positive vibes your way! 🌟

      Hi there, It seems like you're experiencing typical changes in cervical mucus throughout your menstrual cycle. The thick, creamy, and dry discharge is normal for certain stages, while the thin, pale yellow, stretchy, and slippery mucus you observed suggests fertile cervical mucus, indicating ovulation and increased fertility. If you have further concerns, consulting a healthcare provider is recommended.

      Experiencing symptoms like period-like cramps and watery vaginal discharge can be due to various factors, and it's important to consider both pregnancy and non-pregnancy possibilities.
      Pregnancy: Cramping and changes in vaginal discharge can sometimes be early signs of pregnancy. Consider taking a home pregnancy test to determine whether you are pregnant.
      Hormonal Changes: Hormonal fluctuations can cause changes in your menstrual cycle and discharge. This can be due to stress, dietary changes, or other factors that affect your hormonal balance.
      Infection or Irritation: Infections or irritations of the reproductive system can lead to changes in discharge and discomfort.
      Ovulation: Ovulation can sometimes cause abdominal discomfort similar to mild cramps. Changes in cervical mucus can also occur during ovulation, resulting in watery discharge.
      Menstrual Irregularities: Sometimes, periods can be irregular, and the symptoms you're experiencing could be related to the menstrual cycle.
      If you're concerned about the possibility of pregnancy, taking a pregnancy test is a good first step. If the test is negative but your symptoms persist or worsen, consult with a healthcare provider for a thorough evaluation and guidance. Best regards, Leyla Premom Support Team

      Hello! Given that your last period started on the 27th and you have a regular cycle, you likely ovulated around May 10th to 11th. Since you observed fertile cervical mucus during this period and your husband was home from May 10th to 12th, there is a good chance you could conceive. Meanwhile, be sure to manage your diabetes carefully and consult your healthcare provider for optimal health during this time. Good luck & baby dust🤞✨
