I loved the part talking about what builds and drives culture and the anecdote Rio shares in that Pep named Scott Carson as one of the biggest pieces of City's culture. There's several videos on CityTV over the past 3+ seasons that shared moments showing the respect and love the lads at City have for him and it goes to show how much he really means to that locker room and you can see that influence in the training approach at City.

For me Rio is the greatest Central defender England has ever produced and probably even now would keep most of the United defenders out of the team! His vision, his passing his reading of the game was amazing

Agreed - for me often the guests seem to be really quiet while fozzy can mostly be heard loud and clear.

There is a difference in mentality between players of Rios era and players now. They care but I think these guys all see themselves now as a brand apart from the team. It is just magnified when teams lose.
