    You should do the undervolting in slightly different way - move entire curve up. Othwerise, till the maximum point, you are overvloting the card, so unless it is at full throttle, you have lower frequency at higher voltage what makes no sense. You should rather select the point and with Shift key move the entire curve up (till target value), and then flat the curve after that point. There are many tutorials on youtube showing how to do that efficiently. I was doing the same mistake in the past like you do. Good video though. It's nice you are showing fan speed range (with % and rpm). Please do the same for other cards in the future - might be usefull for people as almost no one is doing that.

      When I first encountered your opinion, I didn't really understand the difference due to the translator problem. (I don't speak English..)
      However, I recently read an article on a Korean community site about the difference and understood that there are some differences.
      There seems to be no difference in the maximum load state, but I found that the target booster clock is low compared to the target voltage at the medium load stage.
      For example, it was 890mV@2310Mhz in STOCK state, whereas it was automatically set to 890mV@2070Mhz when performing undervolting the way I do it.
      I mainly build ITX (SFF) systems, so I thought it would be better in terms of GPU temperature to lower the target clock in situations where there is no need for a lot of load.
      (Since I mainly build ITX systems, even if I compromise performance, I see GPU temperature as the first priority.)

      In your riffle translated with Google Translate, it translates to excessive use of GPUs more than necessary, is this the right translation?
      If that's true, I haven't seen a case of loading GPUs more than necessary.
      We are making videos after fully testing high load conditions and low load conditions (although not in the video).

    the 40x FE disappoint in terms of fan noise.

    Very nice selection of music, and very pleasing to look at.
    Thank you for doing the work you do 🙏

    worth trading my 7800xt for this?

    • @DalraeMyo
      @DalraeMyo  Před 5 měsíci +2

      If your current GPU is not an environment that requires an Nvidia GPU, it looks better to use the 7800XT as it is.
      I don't think there's a merit to make an additional expenditure and change it.

    • @DalraeMyo
      @DalraeMyo  Před 5 měsíci +2

      I think it's economical to keep the current GPU and consider the next generation of GPUs.

      @@DalraeMyo thanks! i really want to build in a velka 5/7 case but the max is 2 slot cards and my 7800xt is 2.5 but ill stick with it for now
