I know I'm a bit late to the party, but do you know if it's possible to do the same with Aphmau's werewolf ear and tail models? I've been trying to look at updated tutorials of how to use BB for 3D ear and tail models since I'm using BB 2.4.1 for 1.12.2 Minecraft (Java) but all the videos I find are from 2016-2020. I managed to figure out this tutorial fine, but I would also love to use different ear and tail models aside from just in this video. If you can help that would be amazing! (Also any video or model links are appreciated)

If you separated the ears individually in Blender, and can select them separately in Blockbuster’s model editor, then just enable Idle toggles, and it should make ears sway a bit. You can repeat this operation with tail as well. Don’t forget to save the model :D
You should hop on my Discord, if you want to get it resolved, as it's very difficult to me to help with such issues in the comments, but if you imported the model, and everything works in Blender, however, there are holes in the model, you should enable "Triangulate faces" before exporting the OBJ.

You can configure a baby model youself. Just set the scale in the morph editor to 0.5 (or something like that) and scale the head bone by 2, and you'll get a baby.

ok, I did the model and stuff but I have to like open the morph menu and do that to have it, and the problem with that is some of the other mods I added dont work that way, is there anything that I may have missed?
@@frisk_tobyfox well, I forgot to say that models must also be installed on the server. Once you install them, you need to “/model reload true” to reload models.
Start with basics. If you're trying to load models right after downloading the mod, that's going to me extremely hard. Model loading is one of the most difficult features of Blockbuster mod, so it takes a lot of patience and time.

I don't see the video, however it's not 3D grass, but rather just waving grass. You get that effect from a shader pack. in da latest update i pasted in da cat ears_and_tail it worked btw but when i try pasting my own in update 2020 july the texture was not loading and ears and tail were not showing plzzz som1 hlp

I know this is an older video, so I don't really know if anyone will answer, but I have a quick question. When I have a model in blender, export the file, and place it in the model's folder, nothing shows up in game. It was an obj file, and I double checked that I have the texture in the skins folder as well. This didn't happen when using the cat stuff put in the description, they showed up. I'm not too sure where I went wrong here, does anyone have any idea?

Well, then just install the mods, download the model from the description, unzip it, place the folder into .minecraft/config/blockbuster/models/ and follow only the last part of the tutorial where I put the ears and tails on the model in Minecraft. I understand it's hard, but there is no easier way. 😩
@@McHorsesCreations In the latest version the interface has completely changed, so it's kinda hard to follow someone's tutorial when it doesn't correspond at all to what you see on screen.
Open creative morph menu, by pressing B or X key (I don’t remember which). If it doesn’t work, then look up the key in Options > Controls. Then select the morph you configured and click on the morph button.
So I know that you cannot import moving obj files. (or maybe you can and I just don't know) But could you cut the ears and tail into fragments and the animate that with the model animator in blockbuster making it possible to move like Aphmau's models?

You need to send models to everyone who joins the server manually, i.e. they must to have same models, Blockbuster doesn't sync models.

Check the dimensions of the model, maybe it’s too small, or far too large. The dimensions should be under 50 and above 0.25 on every axis

Because they don't fit the purpose of the mod. The mod is a general purpose mod, and not a mod for making Minecraft werewolf roleplays.
