I think a cool video would be "building" a kitchen on a $100, $300 and $500 budget? Like what tools will really give you the best chance to cook at home?

This is a great idea, I'd love to see this. It would be awesome if they could also show all the tools on the counter together so you could get a sense of how much space everything takes up. I find kitchen space is more and more at a premium as people incorporate more tools/appliances into their routine.

I remember Gordon Ramsay said it best. The only things you need to splurge on are knives, cutting board, and pan. Everything else you can just get from the dollar store and it would work fine.
For pans you can get away with a wok and a cast iron skillet to make most things (woks can pretty much do everything, if you have the right attachments, except pan fry since the bottom isn't flat). For woks you will need to do some research to see which ones are good, but as long as they are not the non-stick type, they are inexpensive. As for cast iron skillets, Lodge is the way to go when you are on a budget. Not only are they inexpensive, but also they come pre-seasoned.
Good quality Japanese knives that don't have the "luxury tax" are relatively inexpensive. Shun and Miyabi are good, but they have the "luxury tax" so way too expensive when being on a budget. For being on a budget knives from Tojiro are relatively inexpensive while still being good quality (but they aren't the most pretty knives ever cause you get what you pay for). A gyutou (Japanese all-purpose chef knife) can pretty much work for almost everything. Then as time goes on you can slowly add knives to your collection such as a Nakiri (Japanese vegetable cleaver) for hard vegetables, a general meat cleaver if you find yourself working with big chunks of meat a lot, kiritsuke (another japanese all-purpose chef knife but it's mostly for slicing instead of chopping). All the aforementioned knives except kiritsuke can be easily found for under $100. Kiritsuke is always going to be somewhat expensive since in a Japanese restaurant, traditionally, only executive chefs are meant to use them.
Knives, pots, and pans can last you a lifetime if they are taken care of properly and in the case of pots and pans, as long as they are not non-stick. So realistically if you have the money to do so, getting the best that you can get while learning how to take care of them will mean you will never have to buy the same knives, pots, or pans ever again. Which in the long run saves you money.
For example a typical cheap Teflon-coated non-stick pan on Amazon is about 20 to 30 bucks. So lets go on the low end and say its 20 bucks. Then we look at, for the purpose of extremes, look at the high end where a Le Creuset Skillet, at the most costs $250. The $250 skillet can last you for generations if taken care of properly. However, for the sake of having a number, let's just say it lasts for 60 years (average life span minus the age when people start to have full time jobs). A non-stick pan lasts 2 to 3 years at most. Meaning in the 60 years of a cast iron pan you would have bought 20 non-stick pans, which times $20 is $400. Meaning over the pan of a lifetime a cheap non-stick pan costs more than 1 single most expensive cast iron pan you can buy. Again this is all under the assumption that you are using the pans correctly and maintaining them correctly.
The same can be applied to knives as well. Good quality knives only need to be resharpened on a regular basis (and also cleaned and stored correctly) to last you a lifetime. The expensive western/westernized knife brands tend to have free or inexpensive (in comparison to how much the knives cost) sharpening services for their knives. Buying a knife from these brands while being able to send your knife in for professional maintenance on an annual or bi-annual basis will save you more money than buying cheap knives because with cheap knives you will need to have the proper know-how and equipment to maintain them, they tend to get dull faster than good quality knives, and if you don't know how to maintain them you will probably throw them away and buy a new one.

Around 5 years ago, you had some Electric Shock Forfeit videos. The one I remember most is one where Mike & Jamie made profiteroles. I propose a format mash-up! Pass It On w/ Electric Shock Guidance. Ben, Jamie, Barry, Mike, and hopefully Kush do a quick competition to decide who goes in what order. First person does not get shocked. When the second person comes on, the first person "guides" them with "helpful" shocks as they try to continue on what the first person started. Second person then takes their turn to be the shocker with person 3, etc, and the last person to go does not get to shock anybody. Woe is them.

Cost less than £20. That's all you really need to recreate this machine at home and transform your oven or air frying into this gadget.

Seems like it will be a very expensive air fryer with a temperature probe.
I'm not really seeing any justification for whatever price it is beyond whatever it costs to buy a cheap probe or just get used to cooking based on time using your own oven or air fryer (which is just a small oven)
Ultimately I don't see a reason anyone would really buy one as opposed to an oven they already own, or a counter top stock pot/slow cooker/air fryer type thing.

    - Price (even a ballpark or estimate) and therefore value for money
    - Can you cook multiple things in it? Can you attach multiple probes for say multiple salmon fillets or do you just hope they're all ready at the same time? What about a mix of meat and veg?
    - Ease of use: putting in ans taking out food, setting up, etc
    - Ease of cleaning: can the tray go in the dishwasher? How easy are the other parts to clean and often would they need cleaning?
    - Can this easily fit in a cupboard? If not, I doubt that most people will have space for something like this.
    - What could you see this replacing? How does it compare to other appliances?
    - Longevity - is it well-built and designed to last? Do you need the app (which may stop working)? Can you see yourselves still using this in 10 years' time?
