The game I picked up was "I was a Teenage Exocolonist". Weird title, AMAZING game! You start as a kid on a new planet after your group escaped from Earth's ever crumbling societies. You then learn skills, make friends, start romances, and explore in this new life. There's many problems you face though. Failing crops, a strange allergen, dangerous animals, and strange dreams all add to the fascinating narrative. It also has a secret mechanic that blew my mind! Can't recommend enough!

Moonlighter is SO fun and an underrated cozy game. Highly recommend. Shopkeeping, fun simple combat, perfect for the in game hoarders, you’ll be rich 😅.

I started playing Moonstone Island yesterday and it's soooo good! 😍 So glad it's finally out on the Switch.
Unfortunately sales aren’t the same everywhere. Games that are on sale in America aren’t necessarily on sale in England and aren’t necessarily on sale in Australia. Australia actually has a winter sale going on at the moment 😂
It’s one of the things I legitimately hate about the Eshop. Someone will say a game is on sale and I’ll go and check and be like “wait now there isn’t” 😂
This sale will hit you in a few weeks so wish list them and it’ll tell you when they’re on offer! A few are on sale in every region
I bought Cozy Grove and Townscaper from the sale. I am already obsessed with Cozy Grove and Townscaper is a great game to play when you don't want to have to think.

Donut County is such a fun game, the story is great and hilarious! Highly recommend to anyone who hasn't played it.

I'm loving Moonstone Island i got it yesterday, i picked up cat quest, i LOVED tunic, donut county and night in the woods but i got all of those a while back.
If you end up liking Cat Quest. There is a Cat Quest 2 and there will be a 3rd Cat Quest released in August.
Only thing scaring me off moonstone island is the cards lol

For the nintendo eshop in US a lot of the games in order after the video aren't on sale yet unless it's later on as of now. Breath of the wild, xenoblade chronicles 3, snufkins, technically cozy drove unless buying the new neighbors bundle, Cat quest, Donut county, the cosmic wheel sisterhood, balatro, unpacking, tunic, ori and the blind forest definitive edition, a short hike, a night in the woods, eastward, and the gardens between.
A short Hike is my all time faves!

Moonstone Island Decorators Pack is that the DLC and all future DLCs? (It does say you need the base game & it's double the price.)

I never played cosmic wheel sisterhood, so I could be mistaken, but isn’t there a design element to the game? Like don’t you design your own tarot cards? Does that work well on the switch?

Moonstone island is AMAZING! Omg I love it so much! It gives me all these oldschool vibes and it is so cute and well thought through. The spirits are so 90ties and I love every single one of them 😆 how this game came out for this low price is unbelievable, honestly it’s worth way more!
The one thing scaring me off moonstone island is the card combat. I just can’t quite bite the bullet

I LOVE moonlighter as a cozy game, and usually rogue-likes are not my favorite. Moonlighter is great in the same way that Hades is great, the story helps you want to go back into the dungeons even if you don't get all the way through
Cat Quest is such a fun game!!! And my daughter and I are enjoying playing Cat Quest 2 together
You made me want to try xenoblade cronicles. I have never played any of the previous games in the series, but the way you described this one, I feel like it may be a great fit for me

Cat Quest is EXCELLENT. Didn't look it but, top tier stuff.
I do as well but for me it really worked. You can just price things once and normally if you put the same item again later the price stays the same
Is the performance a bit better on Xenoblade Chronicles 3? Been a bit hesitant due to having read it can get a bit laggy on the switch :(

I accidentally got the base game of moonstone island before realizing there was dlc. At least there is a dlc bundle I can buy later if I want.

I like puzzle games and RPGs. I am no good at the hop, bounce, jump games - I become all thumbs. I do want the new Zelda games.

i tried to get into moonstone island because i think the art style is GORGEOUS but arggghahhhh it's just not sticking. maybe i'm bad at the game but the combat/card system and some of the pokemon aspects of it just blows, i wish it was different idk

Breath of the wild was one of the most empty worlds I've ever encountered. Usually disappointing after the hype. Claiming an amazing story when I never even felt like it had one baffles me.

That’s kinda what the cut scenes are for - there’s something beautifully bittersweet about learning about those who piloted the Devine beasts when you ultimately knew their fait

I really just can't stand Nintendo. I went a long time not purchasing anything from them but due to an injury broke down and got a switch when my mobility was limited. The two times I have had to interact with their customer service has been nerve wracking enough to discourage me from purchasing another console from them in the future. Not to mention how incredibly fragile the joycons are. Why even bother getting them? I think in the future I'll seriously be looking at the Steam Deck instead. Steam has better games than the Nintendo eStore. All I wanted was to get into my account to purchase a game but they want me to give them my serial number off the switch? Sorry, don't carry it with me everywhere. It's insane they want you to be hassled so much to give THEM money. Absurd.
