  • First true Australian car ever made was the 48-215 (FX) Holden. This sedan and utility were locked in a shed in Murray Bridge, South Australia for over 30 years. The sedan was last driven in 1990 and the utility was last driven in 1987. They had been left locked away under car covers and blankets until they were removed in December 2021.

    Yes, the blue Ute has been sold on after I got it running. The black sedan is being kept for my sons.

    The sedan is early due to the lift locks on trailing edge of rear door...would have been better with more info build numbers etc. and slower panning of camera on the vehicles. Nice find.

    My mum brother at scone brought a FX Ute in the pale blue later painted dark blue.sold maybe 17 years ago he owned it to he died . Jack winter RIP .👍🏻🇦🇺
