- The Ninja Dual Zone Air Fryer is the best-selling air fryer on Amazon UK, but is it big enough for your family? In this video, I compare the Ninja Foodi Dual Zone (AF300UK) with the Ninja Foodi Dual Zone Max (AF400UK) by cooking dishes in it side by side to see which is the most practical for a family of four?

THIS is the review I've been looking for!! btw the tape on the worktop is genius.
I've been researching all evening and I now know (purely due to this video) that I do indeed want the larger.
This comment really made my day, it's great to know when a video helps someone! Thank you for taking the time to post it.
@@CandidClarathat’s what made my mind up too! Seems the 9.5 is slightly taller than the 7.5 but not much difference in LxW
Thanks for making this video - one of the most informative and candid reviews I’ve watched here on CZcams. Keep up the great work. Looking forward to watching more. I’ve liked and subscribed. 👍🏻
Thank you so much for the comment, it’s really appreciated. Happy Christmas!
This is a fantastic comparison review. Thank you 😊
Thank you so much for the comment, really appreciate it (particularly when I have a habit of spending the whole next day thinking about how I could have made it better! 😆)
Thanks for your review, quick and concise, cheers.
And thank you for your comment, it’s always appreciated!
I'm currently looking into air fryers and this video was very helpful!
Thanks for the comment, I think it’s the big Black Friday purchase this year!
Hi C - your review on this product is really informative which is we really need on what not to buy :-) thank you C - you have done a fantastic job on reviewing this product. We do not have an airfryer yet... Merry Christmas and your family - God bless you. 🎄🎄🎄
Thank you for taking the time to write that lovely comment, happy Christmas to you too! 🎄🎄🤶
Great video Clara - clear and to the point! I'm sold on the AF400!😃😃
Thanks this helped me so much with my decision... 400 for sure 👍🏼👍🏼
Best Comparsion i have seen. Thank you for that. Going for 400
So glad it was helpful!
Thank you! You’ve answered most of my questions & I’ve ordered my Ninja Max AF400 while watching your video. Btw it’s on sale right now at Amazon, the AF400 is cheaper than the AF300 so my decision was easy
That’s interesting about the price reduction. I wonder if that’s because of their stock availability after Black Friday. Thanks for the comment. Incidentally what questions didn’t I answer? It would be interesting to know! 😁
@@CandidClaraI wanted to know if the 300 has enough space to cook a large full pack of regular wings "not party/hot wings" between the both sides
omg your videos are just perfect. Im so glad there are people like you on CZcams making content of this quality specially for people like me (lazy and living in the UK :D) This comparison was great, now I need to compare it with the even larger and Im ready to use my John Lewis vouchers :D
Funnily enough I have just taken delivery of the AF500, but it arrived with a broken drawer 😬 if you can bear with me review of that coming soon!
Please do a comparison video featuring the AF500 - your reviews are great!
My husband won’t thank you! 😆😆😆😘
Cool idea with the stripes for size comparison.
Great for decision helping. The cosori dualzone with 8.5l would be in between the two.
Yes, exactly czcams.com/video/xrKMTGarBBs/video.htmlsi=RNImolR9_Nx0-C6H
@@CandidClara the cosori is on the way to my household your videos helped a lot. I am curious if it will be beneficial for me. Have you ever had concerns when eating fried food cause of acrylmid?
That was really informative 😍 I’m still torn between the AF400 and AF 500 tho.. they’re currently the same price on Amazon UK .. and I’m sure which one I should opt for..
Funnily enough I was looking again today at buying the AF500 for review, I’m really curious about how effective that divider actually is!
Fantastic review. However, we are torn between the 9.5l dual zone and the 10.4l flex drawer ninja! Hoping you might have reviewed it - will search now :-)
This is definitely a review I am considering doing, but I’m afraid I haven’t done yet!
Would have liked the 500, but realized that cleaning such a large bucket in our small-ish sink would be difficult and annoying after every use, so felt smaller dual buckets with the 400 would have to do. Ease of use has to be a priority or else I'm just not gonna wanna use the thing.
Yes, please regarding the 500 with theremovable drawer divider. Can't decide which one to get.

Really helpful review, I’m reminded of the old saying, what will hold a lot will hold a little. Even though we are just a couple we still like to have chicken and beef/ham joints etc. After watching your review I’m leaning towards the 400.
So glad it was of use! I’ve not heard that saying before, but I love it. My husband and I usually disagree over size, he always wants the bigger of anything and I like compact, but we actually agreed on this!
Hi have the 400 and after about 2 months the dial is faulty and selects the next one up or below setting , I think the heat is damaging it , so I bought the 300 , perfect not had one issue , and prefer the buttons and display close together on the 300.
Do contact Ninja customer services about the 400, they are very good, I had to deal with them… czcams.com/video/QSkSpbXizzE/video.htmlsi=KBhT-RuM9D1dmC2_
Nice and good video. What about noice when you using it? Difference between them? Hallo from Norway.
None worth mentioning, they have very similar sound levels
High,low or medium? Thank you
@@CandidClara
Hello Clara, thank you for your clear videos. What would you recommend for a 2-person household?
kind regards, Gerrie
I think the best single drawer is the Cosori Turboblaze, my sister and husband have this on my recommendation and love it, but dual drawers always give you a bit more flexibility
@@CandidClara Yes, I notice that the flexibility makes me go for the dual option. I haven't made up my mind yet. Also for when you have friends over
Family of 3 i would get the max as i have the normal dual its tight
Am at the same decision but the 4000 is down to 179 so making it harder to decide
Buy the bigger one it’s a no brainer.. the extra space is a life saver
TIP:
If burning the top of a large roast, or chicken etc, place a small piece of aluminum foil over the top of food. That will spread the heat over and around.
Thank you !
Be careful with this though, cuz all the air circulation can easily leave a light piece of foil to get thrown up on the heating element.
Pls do the 500 comparison. Thanks!
Soon!
random question, lets say i was going to cook chicken wings and fries for the family will i really get a lot more space from the ninja 10.4 flexdrawer than the ninja 9.5l dual zone max?
Well you’ll get some, but there are other things to consider with that model. My review of it is here NINJA FlexDrawer AIR FRYER AF500 - Testing the megazone!
czcams.com/video/-ZKklCD76x0/video.html
Do these models turn off when the timer is finished? So the food couldnt burn if you'd forgotten about it 😅
Yes, they turn off at the end of the programmed time
We are in the process of buying an air fryer. Decided we need a dual basket. Struggling on the make. Cosori, daewoo and Ninja. Which one would you recommend?
I don’t know Daewoo I’m afraid, Ninja has excellent customer service and spares which gives it the edge, but owning both the Ninja and Cosori I actually prefer using the latter
@@CandidClara Many thanks for the quick response. God bless
Can you cook chilli con carnie and stew in these
Yes, people do so successfully, although I personally haven’t
Hello, do you have problem when you cook? Because mine when i cook after some time it starts to steam out of the bucket.
Steam (colourless) is normal, smoke (coloured) is not
Can I send you a video to see it plz? Because I think it's defective.
Help! I'm really struggling to find a 2lb loaf tin that will fit in my AF400, do you have any links?
Hi Claire! 👋 Didn't expect to see you here! Thanks for the nudge I should have this info in the description, this one on Amazon does, it's the taller ones without handles that seem to amzn.to/3sQOb6L
@@CandidClara ha ha, I bought my air fryer last week after looking at your review amongst others and personal recommendations! Thanks for the reply, I've actually got another on order which is now on its way but will follow your link if that one doesn't work out
@@clairesolliss3146 if it fits will you send me a link, it would be useful to know which ones do!
Is the 300 the 8qt?
If you look at my pinned comment on the top there are direct links to the US equivalent models, but yes the 300 is the 8 Qt
🤣🤣🤣 I'm sure he will flip out when you have 3 airfryer....🤣🤣🤣🤣
We’ve brought an extra table into the kitchen because “all the worktop space is taken up by air fryers” 😆😆🫢
