Top tip for your next meal - latkes - a delicious grated potato/onion & four and egg. Season well and cook till golden brown. These are amazing with ham and eggs! Love the video Clara 😃😃😍😍😎😎
Hi Clara, just found you and really enjoyed your week of air frying. Just got flexdrawer ninja and really enjoying exploring what works. Thanks for the recipes and info. I did pizza last night with a margarita base and plonked on cooked sausage, pepper, small chunks of mozzarella and onion. Pre warmed at 185 on air fryer. (The pizza fitted in cut in half) They took 6 mins and had slight crisp on bottom. Husband said best pizza I've ever cooked as I normally overcook them!! Will try poached eggs today as over cooked them when first tried them. Yet to use the roast button🤔. 🥰
Hi Clara. Found your videos and really enjoy them…keep referring back to your recipes. Bought the Cosori (on your recommendation) and love it, use it every day. It’s transformed my cooking. What setting did you bake the chocolate & pear pudding please? I’m also a little confused on the choice of settings, when do you choose air fry, bake or roast? It’s a little confusing but i’m muddling through and experimenting and getting some great results. Would love to see some more of your recipes. Thanks Clara.
I do the chocolate pear pudding in bake, it does take a bit of time to get used to the settings, air fry has the fastest fan speed and is good for things like crisping up baking potatoes or fries
I am impressed with your video. I am saving it. I like so many recipes. Purchased the Dreo. Mainly for meat, particularly cooking a whole chicken and steaks . Have to clean my water distiller and then will get started. Would u kindly cook as big a size chicken as possible please. I can purchase a chicken, just under 2kg for £4.99. Thank you. Note, I will subscribe. 😁👏👏👏👌⚘
Hi Anna, thanks for subscribing! Which air fryer do you have? I recently cooked a 2kg chicken in the dual blaze, but obviously different air fryers can fit different chickens!
Gosh that is an interesting looking air fryer! I would imagine it might be a push to get a 2kg (or just under) chicken in that, but I shall look into more detail at the range now
I don't see the final bread and butter pudding recipe, the one where you used raisin bread and had tweaked the recipe. Did I miss it on here? Would love to try it. Also, I noticed that everyone seems to use metal pans or silicon containers. Or paper liners of course. Are glass dishes OK that are ovenproof?
Yes anything that is oven-proof is good and that includes glass. As regards the recipe, I'm so sorry I can't recall exactly what I did now other than using Warburtons fruit loaf!
Hi Clara, really enjoy your videos, nice work. We just got our first Ninja, an AF400, jacket potatoes are the first test... quick question after you microwaved yours what airfryer settings and for how long did you finish them on. Cheers
I also have the AF400 (I know!! 😆) so I know it well, we use roast for baked potatoes, but arguably you could do longer in the microwave and use air fry for a quicker way to crisp up, it just suits me to not have to worry about them crisping up too quickly!
Hi Clara - some great ideas here thanks! Yet to make a final decision on my first ever AF and seriously considering the Cosori Dual (or Ninja Dual or Flex) that you have been using here. Quick question, how have the glass fronts of the Cosori baskets stood up to all that cooking? Are they marked at all from all that heat/cooking - which is my concern, or are they staying clear and unmarked? Obviously a good old soak and wash is essential after each use but how they faring up?
Due to the drawer’s design it isn’t possible to clean the outside of the glass without taking the drawer apart (there are actually two layers to the window, the inside is a glass panel, the outside is plastic) however it is easy to keep the inside of the glass clean and so far the outside hasn’t been a problem, as I mentioned you aren’t really getting a particularly clear view of the contents anyway
I notice you use olive oil but I did see info from ninja to avoid certain oils which included olive oil, vegetable oil was preferred. Presume that’s to do with smoking point.
I’ve tried the poached eggs but mine didn’t turn out like yours. I followed the recipe linked but to get them to cook had to do them for ten minutes by which time they were hard boiled! You said in the video you put them on the bake option. I don’t have that option on my older Cosori air fryer. Is that significant?
No, the setting wouldn’t matter. Did you add a tablespoon of water? It can sometimes look like the egg isn’t cooked because of the water in the pot but they are. 10 minutes is way too long

Hello 😁,
Very kind of u to respond. It is the Dreo shefmaker. ( It was reduced.) 😊 @@CandidClara

An intelligent influencer. Good relevant information.
Thanks, really appreciate the comment. My mum will be proud! 😆

Excellent! Where can I get the”Is it cooked list please.”
Ahh, well spotted! I’ve had mine for years, but this is an equivalent amzn.to/4d1BIzm

Very informative. Where do I find the recipes please
Links are in the description, all except the cake which I have still failed to put on my blog, but I needed a nudge… I shall do it this weekend! 😉
Where do I find your descriptions below your video

I notice you use olive oil but I did see info from ninja to avoid certain oils which included olive oil, vegetable oil was preferred. Presume that’s to do with smoking point.
There is a lot of debate about this and not everyone agrees! I personally use good quality olive oil and it works fine for me

@@CandidClara Yes I added 3 tablespoons of hot as described in the recipe. They did seem a little waterlogged. So would one tbsp be enough?
I would try less but I think crucially it’s about the fact they sometimes don’t look done because of the water when they are in fact cooked
@@CandidClara Thank you for the useful tips and reviews.
