My favourite entry of the whole festival! Happy for Chanel but this was my winner without any doubt, so beautiful and powerful especially once you read the lyrics to further understand the meaning she is conveying!

Mama in Spanish means Mother (Mom) but also a woman's chest.
It is a feminist anthem that talks about how all the strong mothers who carry
out their homes, but also about the invisibility of women and the fear that we
women show ourselves (and what identifies us most is our breasts / tits). She
says "I don't know why our boobs are so scary, Without them there would be

The word they use mama has a double meaning: mother and also women breast. The song is a bit revolutionary, she is talking about not been afraid of women breast and about showing it. I think is because in Eurovision contest is forbiden to do that
Talking about being revolutionary there is in the lyrics a reference to the most famous picture of Eugène Delacroix: "Liberty leading the people".

Thing is it's a deep song with a great meaning, an homage to every mother, but it's got a funny tune and a quirky choreography into the performance so the essence of the song didn't come across many people, specially abroad.
