I wish MRT Labs were as good with tech support. They just seem to ignore customers once you buy the product... Are you planning anymore MRT Ultra videos?

MRT have told me that they realise their technical support wasn't up to scratch and are planning to improve it. We'll see. As it stands, it's an affordable solution for me as I can't justify the huge outlay on PC3000 at the moment.
