TULUM VLOG ! 🇲🇽 🌴

The most expensive week of my LIFE. But also one of the best trips i've ever been on. I would sell a kidney to do it again for sure!!!
We stayed at the Shibiri Tulum Hotel and it was one of the most fabulous hotels I've ever stayed in. The service was amazing and they have their own Cenote which is soooo cool.
Things we did and would recommend...
Taboo Beach Club - (we went on a saturday) SO much fun. Worth the money! You have to pay around 2000 pesos, 1000 for the bed and 1000 to spend on food and drink. This is £££ but again worth it!
Ilios - Greek restaurant with v lively vibes. They have a performance and you can smash plates, pretty fun. You can also just go for a drink, we danced on the bar and got many free shots from the bar man.
Bagatelle - Fabulous food and occasional fire dancers
Rosa Negra - Sushi was 10/10
Papaya Playa Beach Club - We did the full moon party and wow sooo fun. Our fave night for sureeee.
Checkpoint Caio - Cute little Italian
Vagalume Beach Club - 1500 min spend. Very chill vibes but really nice! We then went to the Sinner techno party in the evening which was v cool. Be aware drinks are SUPER EXPENSIVE. Double Vodka lemonade was £65 :):):)
Tantra Beach Club - V fabulous.
Be Tulum Restaurant - Was nice super chill vibe with live music but not amazing.
Mia Beach Club - Part of the Selina hostel. Cheaper beach club option with still great vibe!
Travel Tips for Tulum...
Stay by beach but downtown has busier night life
Expect places to be quiet in the week, Thursday - sunday is best time
If you want to drink PRE DRINK it is VERY expensive ✨£65✨ for a vodka lemonade
You might need to book in advance for restaurants / beach clubs Thursday - Sunday but most the time you should be fine
most beach clubs and even some restaurants have a minimum spend
stay in a hotel with beach access - save money paying for beach clubs
For more affordable option stay in hostels - private room still fabulous but way less money. (selina hostel on the beach looks fab)
