Good point, Table top Basin, full wall tiles, light, Tile floor and wall combination are nice.
My Humble suggestion
1. Bathroom swicthboard shoud be always outside.
2. Bathroom should have wet area and dry area, these area should be seperated. You can build half wall with frosted glass installed so that while taking shower Basin and WC area shud not be wetted.
3. you can make the window bigger for sunlight and air

Layout of wash basin is not correct as it is adjacent to side wall so one cannot use it when standing in front middle as elbow will touch the wall.
