    Fed video, fed tur dere har gått! Ærgerligt, at dere gikk glipp av topptur til Store Knutsholstinden. Jeg var på 5 dages tur i Jotunheimen i sommers den toppturen var høydepunktet :)

      Thank you very much. I can highly recommend a hike in Jotunheimen - bring the right clothes:-) I'f you hit the gears-button in the bottom right of the CZcams-player you can choose automatic translation and then choose English. The translation is pretty accurate.

      The trail between Gjendesheim and Memurubu over Beseggen was busy. It's is one of the most popular hiking trails in Norway. But still we didn't see people all the time on that section apart from Beseggen it self which is a very narrow climb/descent. On the rest of the stages we met very few people.

    Hello, how many kilos did your pack weigh?

    • @thyviral8842
      @thyviral8842  Před 11 měsíci +1

      Too much😅. Around 20 kg dry weight pr. backpack as I recall.

      @@thyviral8842 I hiked it last about 4 days. Went from Gjendesheim, to Bessvatnet, and stopped at Memurubu 😭 I camped one night and decided to ferry back. My pack was also about 18-19 kilos. That way down from Bessvatnet… I thought I was going to die lol

      @@bumqueen3074sounds like a nice trip. Yeah the descents are hefty with a heavy backpack:-) I'll definitely go for max 15 kilos the next time.

    Hvor lang er den vandretur, som i gik?

    • @thyviral8842
      @thyviral8842  Před 3 lety

      Det er svært at sige præcis, hvor mange kilometer. Afstande måles bedst i tid i bjergene. Etape 1 ca. 10 timer. Etape 2 ca. 8 timer. Etape 3 ca. 6 timer. Etape 4 ca. 10 timer.

    Where is best to plan a route through Jotunheimen?

    • @thyviral8842
      @thyviral8842  Před 2 lety +1

      I’d say that it depends on your personal preferences in regards to lenght, Challenges, toughness and time of year. At good place to start your planning is the website www.ut.no - there you’ll find inspiration and maps not just for Jotunheimen but all of Norway.
