● All we need is
• Unsalted butter 1cup (200g)
• Unflavoured oil 2tbsp
• 1 cup sugar
• 4 eggs (room temperature)
• 1 tsp vanilla essence
• 2 cups all purpose flour / cake flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• ½ cup milk
• ½ tsp Salt
Bake in a preheated oven at 180° C for 40-45 mins (Time may vary according to your oven's specification )
