The Best WWE PPVs of the Decade (2010-2019)

- Annoying people on Twitter would tell you WWE just had the worst decade ever or something, but in reality the decade was pretty fire. When you go back and look at the PPVs we had in the past 10 years. There have been a lot of good ones. A lot that I forgot, but re-watching them got my oddly nostalgic for 2010s wrestling, which i did not think was possible. I guess anything is truly possible haha, anyway lets chill, have some fun and look back at the good times of the 2010s
- Sport
*NXT Will be a separate video, this is WWE PPVs* Yes I know the WWE has sucked too in the past decade, but a little positivity ain’t hurt nobody. Anyway what’s your favourite PPV of the past decade?
Also if I forgot a PPV, I’m sorry spare meee.
bro why did you not include any of the nxt takeovers? i mean if its because you haven't seen any of them i understand, but bro you need to watch them, 5 star matches left and right trust me there has not been a bad takeover at all.
Battleground 2016 👍
LJ Fuellas cause then I would have had to all of them lmao, but nah this is WWE PPVs not NXT
Bruh I had no clue that DX fought the brothers of destruction in 2018 wtf that shit was sad
@@WrestlinGifs i understand, but it is definitely worth binging.

My child hood was 2000s kinda
extreme rules 2011 shoud be on the list, Christian finally winning the world title, triple threat cage match falls count anywhere
Lone Wolf I agree, totally forgot tbh. Thank you
Undercard was pretty good to
Orton vs Punk also.
Sheamus vs Kofi was great too
I wish I could remember that PPV more, especially considering I was there for it. Not saying it was bad
2010 : a new decade and the terror of the nexus
2011 : The Pipe bomb and the shine of the Chicago Made Punk
2012 : the reign of PUNK and the birth of the shield and the return of the beast
2013 : the terror of the Viper
2014 : the rise and fall of the shield
2015 : The new face of the WWE Roman reigns

Most underrated comment.
I like the terror of the viper
A Bitw indeed that year was 🔥🔥🔥
CM stands for Chick Magnet but okay lmao
2013 was more toward the beginning of Yes movement.
Miz vs Cesaro vs Owens vs Zayn Extreme Rules 2016 is so underrated.
JVY Gemini it was a great match
Aj styles vs Roman reigns was a classic top 10-15 ppv match of the decade

I'm not the biggest wwe fan at the moment but I can appreciate someone like you reminding people that it's not all bad.
I love how your positive about wrestling and aren’t like most fans who only talk crap and don’t say anything when it’s great.
Yea
The miz consistently delivered even when the match looked shitty on paper
Dolph Ziggler going off at Survivor Series was one of my favorite moments ever. It was completely unbelievable at the time.
Evolution vs The Shield both matches at Extreme Rules and Payback in 2014 were amazing, we did not expect that 3-0 elimination.
over the limit 2012, daniel bryan vs cm punk. payback 2013, double turn between del rio and ziggler
Lone Wolf he said payback 2013
We all know MITB 2011 is the best PPV of the 2010's
Eh I like Extreme Rules 2012 more.
Battleground 2016 is pretty good
MITB 2013 & the Summerslam from that same year is also SO good
Wrestlemania 31 and MITB 2011 for me. Both have that big event feel that’s lacking nowadays.
Honestlyyyyyyy 🙄🙄🙄🙄
Shows that missed out on the list. (To me at least)
2011: Survivor Series & TLC
2012: TLC
2013: Royal Rumble
2014: SummerSlam
2015: Hell In A Cell
2016: TLC, BackLash, No Mercy
2017: Survivor Series, TLC, No Mercy
2018: TLC, SummerSlam, Hell In A Cell
2019: Extreme Rules, FastLane, WrestleMania
And of course, the NXT TakeOver shows.
Extreme Rules 2016 was not too bad. Two MotY candidates in Miz/KO/Zayn/Cesaro and Reigns/Styles
Dallas Arnold Are you sure you watched any of these in the past year or so or are you just regurgitating a general consensus that everything sucks?
@@dallasarnold1803 What was horrible about Ambrose vs. Rollins? One of the most enjoyable Lumberjack matches.
2010: Royal Rumble
Ahmm... I'm too late but I just want Little contribution:
2011: *Extreme Rules* (Deserves More recognition than It gets)
2013: *Elimination Chamber* (It was Okay but it has matches and moments that deserve to be remembered a Little More), *Money In The Bank* (Come on, 2 MITB matches that were really Good, especially MITB All Stars Match; and The undercard was pretty fine and fulfilled in an acceptable way, with At least only 2 Low points, nothing more, and don't talk about The Kickoff Match because it was one Of The best in a Kickoff Of a WWE PPV)
2015: *TLC* (After all, one Of The Best PPV's Of 2015 on The main roster)
2016: *Extreme Rules* (A PPV with memorable moments, 2 Great Matches, and The rest Of The Match Card was some interesting and entertaining), *Money In The Bank*
2017: *Hell In A Cell*
2019: *Survivor Series* (Simply, I think It's Very unlikely that a PPV like This, both on The Road To and The event itself, will be repeated again, and honestly that makes it unique. Yeah, it was my favourite PPV Of 2019 on The Main Roster (Even, it makes me Very Nostalgic when I remember it 🥲))
And that's everything, thank you so much! 😉👍
I was at Battleground 2016. I really thought “he’s gonna skip over it”. But you mentioned it and I jumped out my seat😂 Zayn vs. KO is still my favorite match of all time
Jcherry316 You’re going to tell me what my favorite wrestling match should be? Modern day WWE has better wrestling than the 90s in my opinion.
@Jcherry316 All I said was that Zayn vs. KO at Battleground 2016 was MY favorite match of all time. I was a great wrestling match and was very entertaining in MY Opinion. You came 5 months later to tell me how I was wrong and by default must like a match from the 90s or earlier because "it's the attitude era"
Wrestlemania 28 was so underrated.
Extreme rules '12 was underrated too.
I don't know who exactly is rating WM 28 very high or very low? It's actually the highest grossing PPV event in wrestling history , so I don't know it sure doesn't seem very underrated. You want a good PPV that no one ever talks about? Fast Lane 2016, I thought that was a great event.
@Mahir Asef I completely agree.and Fastlane 2018 was pretty good as well.
@Mahir Asef I thought Extreme Rules 2018 was pretty good as well.
@Mahir Asef I don't know I'm actually going to change my mind on that one, Fastlane 2019 was actually very predictable really no surprises whatsoever.
Christian and Randy was an amazing rivalry so underrated
Yh they had classics
What about The Shield vs Wyatt Family?
That match was lit

@@viperxtj61x78I'm not hating but imo it wasn't as special as everyone made it seem, Daniel Bryan was way too overrated and I can't take the man serious even still to this day.
@@viperxtj61x78 actually one of the best of the year
@@calikyng2024 why can't you take him serious pls don't say because he small because stone cold was 5'10 jericho was 5'8 and in a real fight the bigger guy or girl dosen't always win.
@@crazygingerjakeholden2771 no. Are you dumb? Stone cold is like 6'2 and Jericho is 6'1. That doesn't matter tho because size isn't a factor here. Daniel Bryan is a joke to me because he had a comedy character. he literally got over saying no then yes. I am supposed to believe he's strong becuase of that? No gtfoh lmaooo 🤣🤣✌🏼
The most underrated wrestling yt channel
Facts. it's basically how I view and talk about pro wrestling and wrestling video games lol.
Re-watchin this lowkey made me wanna cry, nostalgia is real man, as much as I miss the 00s lookin back at the 10s I realize that you really don't know how good you had it till it's gone
being at Wrestlemania 26 was one of the greatest moments of my life lmao I was like 8 or 9 I think
I loved TLC 2011 too. Daniel Bryan cashed in on Big Show, Zack Ryder finally won a title beating Ziggler for the U.S Title.
Dont forget the triple threat between punk, the miz and del rio
I'm a huge John Morrison fan...if wwe wastes him again...i would be so salty
Love him to bits too. Should be given a world title before he retires
He'll be in a tag team with Dolph Ziggler by the end of 2020
I know how you feel im the same way with Jeff Hardy
The problem with Morrison is that he's got everything except the ability to talk. It's not that he's bad, it's that whenever he speaks he's boring.
@@dwaynelevant4859 The ECW title was a world title, but I agree with you
Bro I wish I could go back to 2016 man fuck that year was amazing
u should do videos where u rank every PPV from an individual year for example "ranking every PPV from 2011" of "Ranking Every PPV from 2012"
I Would watch those videos
New Generation Era will always be the worst era imo
What year is the new generation for you
@@camelslayer7569 1993 - 1997
Don't get me wrong, New Generation had it's classics (Like Michaels vs Hart at Mania 12, Sycho Sid vs Michaels at Survivor Series, Austin vs Hart at Mania 13. But OVERALL it was a time when WWF was at it's absolute worst. It wasn't unwatchable by any means but it was the first time WWF was truly in genuine trouble.
We did have some great wrestlers like Bret Hart, Shawn Michaels, Undertaker, and even Sycho Sid and Kevin Nash to certain extents and more. But then again, we had some very horrible feuds and storylines (for example, Undertaker vs Undertaker) and some horribly booked as well as just horrible matches in General (Taker vs Gonzales, and of course, Nash vs King Mable)
Just like the modern era of wrestling, there was a lot of good things about the New Generation Era. But as bad as the modern era can be at times, WWE truly isn't suffering anywhere near as much as it was in the New Gen era, with controversies and scandals against the company, and even a fucking basketball player (A FUCKING BASKETBALL PLAYER) main eventing WrestleMania, WWE was truly lacking and suffering so much and if it weren't for the Attitude Era, the rise of Austin 3:16, and so much more, I doubt the Wrestling industry would have ever seen the light of day again.
And don't even get me STARTED on how bad WCW was when it was near the end of it's existence.
You’re not wrong 😂. It was a very transitional period, and both WWE and WCW kind of didn’t know what to do. The Golden/ Old School era had just ended, with a bunch of legendary stars leaving and both brands were a bit lost. But, the Attitude Era flipped a switch, and both companies had what were probably their greatest years.
@@keira_rose And then 1999 hit, WCW pulled the finger poke of doom, then many more idiotic booking decisions happened, and WCW was easily losing to WWF. In 2000 the war was pretty much already won. The WWF was destroying WCW.
Camel Slayer everyone knows that the New Generation Era was in the mid ‘90s
Extreme Rules the IC Fatal 4 Way was awesome also AJ Styles vs Roman Reigns
All I can say about this decade is it finally broke me. I'm not excited about wrestling, I don't watch it, I have no fucks to give and I'm so much more happy without it. The moment Roman Reigns came as entry #30 in 2017, I gave up forever. Now I just watch some videos about the old days for nostalgia and some are just relatable like your channel. Keep up the good work dude
Survivor Series '14 made me so happy even though the Authority lost, because they cried so hard in the end! Man that was awesome.
“Motherfuckers were out here no-selling death” 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Nxt Takeover New Orleans was more better than Wrestlemania 34 imo.
Fact's 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Ppv from start to finish 😎 good time's
Agreed, the only entertaining matches at that Mania were mainly the IC, SD women's, and Mix tag match
Bruh takeover New Orleans is the best takeover of all time... even if mania was amazing it would still be hard to match it
Zach14629 idk man this years takeover was fucking wild. So it’s kinda hard to say which takeover was the best
as someone who was actually at WM 28, that ppv was so good man i was like 7 or 8 but i was poppin off at everything
I can think about John Cena's worst year in WWE and the Yes movement and Seth Rollins wwe championship heist at WM31
P.S No mention of NXT what's good with that now?
King Chris like John cena said “When it comes to this yard, you probably haven't learned it yet, there's only one rule: step up or step aside. And over the years there's been a few to step up, but nobody to ever keep up”. That goes for all the marks that think he got them buried.
@@kamfisher1714 insult or compliment idk
King Chris this video is just WWE shows, NXT will be it’s separate, plus if I were to add NXT in here I would have had to add all of them lmao
King Chris means that for all the smarks who think he buried them that’s what he thinks
John Cena's worst year was??
This channel deserves more subscribers!!
What’s with Brock lesnar having GREAT matches in survivor series
2016: vs Goldberg
2017: vs styles
2018: vs Daniel Bryan
2019: vs Rey mysterio
2020: Not in WWE
Here are some of the PPVs that I enjoyed.
Starting with MITB 2014 PPV all the way to TLC 2014 PPV at the end of the year, all 6 of those PPVs were great and in my opinion this was WWEs best product of the entire decade. That momentum carried through to WRESTLEMANIA 31 which was the best MANIA of the decade.
Best WWE PPV for me was SUMMERSLAM 2016 because it was packed with stellar matches & the ending which saw Lesnar pretty much kill Orton by busting his head wide open was something WWE hadn't done in many years & it showed WWE wasn't afraid to have a ATTITUDE when it was needed. STYLES vs. CENA & DEMON FINN vs. ROLLINS were some of the other highlights.
NXT TAKEOVER: DALLAS was my overall favorite show because that Zayn vs. Nakamura match was epic & one of the best debut matches in WWE.
Every PPV in 2010 and 2011 is better than any PPV in 2017 2018 and 2019. And that’s facts
Teddy - Dog also every PPV in 2012 is way better than PPV now
2000s:baby
2010s:kids to pre teen
2020s:teenager to adult in 2025
The randy orton and Christian fued was amazing
A Bitw absolutely
I’ll never forget being apart of the crowd for two amazing, historic WWE PPV moments. Being there when AJ Styles debuted at the Royal Rumble in 2016, my dad and I both still have our chairs from that night. Also, wrestlemania 30/XXX main event was amazing. My whole family was there and I got to do the YES chants in front of my dads face cause he hated Bryan with a passion. Still does! So much fun. Great nostalgia looking back at those PPVs and their moments.
Perfect end to a Sunday. Love for all these g 🙏
This vid is lit 🔥 It made me reminiscing all those memories. Thank you for making this video, this means so much to me.
Man you are hilarious😂 I know for a fact that we’d get on like a house on fire and I feel like all your viewers can say the same thing. I’m glad I came across a channel like this. Good luck for 2020!
i stopped watching wwe in 2014 soon after wrestlemania it just wasn't the same anymore but recently in 2020 i've been trying to get back into it a bit more
This is the best video on ur channel and a great stroll down memory lane and I love this video so much

new favorite CZcams wrestling channel
I got over being Negative about WWE... I just stopped watching.
I still go back and watch old matches, either here on CZcams or whenever I pick up the network, and I’ll roll up again when the fed is doing something I fancy. Always keeping one eye on the product but living my life in the meantime.
I’ll always love some good Wrasslin’, and when I do watch a show, I am always entertained now, and if not, it’s no big deal.
Thanks for the video mate, been watching your stuff for the past couple months now. I dig your style and the vibe you put out.
Keep it up my man,
Hope this next year, and the decade that follow are as kind to you as you are to others.

MITB 2011 was freaking awesome n iconic I wish I can go back to summer 2011 before my freshman year of high school
Love your channel man!!!
Don't forget cena's open challenge every night on raw and fighting like it's mid 2005.... "What a time it was to be alive"
Thanks for including Elimination chamber 2011, thats an overlooked ppv in itself
You can say this got quite dark in the chamber matches
Bro I love your videos. All your thoughts are my exact thoughts! 😂
Wrestlemania 31 was such good vibes
Do a best of 2000’s decade ppv review, even tho it’s over, I just wanna see it tbh
Always quality content 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Now ive got some ppvs to watch sweet been struggling to find any recently so thanks
Don’t care what anyone says but Brock vs Roman WM31 was great
GRR match was better
Bandar that match was hot garbage 🤣🤣
That match was not garbage. Don't ever say that again. Brock vs Roman was solid and underrated and pure average. WM 31 was underrated. Daniel Bryan wins intercontinental championship, rusev gets his first loss against John cena. John cena finally beats rusev and wins the united states championship, triple h vs sting, D generation-x wars with nWo, seth rollins cashes in during brock lesnar vs Roman reigns. Seth Rollins cashes in money in the bank at Wrestlemania and wins the wwe championship.
TheTysen WeaverShow WrestleMania 31 underrated???🤣🤣🤣no WrestleMania 31 is the most OVERRATED WrestleMania of all time!
WRESTLEMANIA 31 IS NOT OVERRATED! WHAT MAKES YOU THINK THAT WRESTLEMANIA 31 IS OVERRATED, HUH?! WRESTLEMANIA 31 IS UNDERRATED! I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AT YOU!!!! yeah, very disappointed at you. Wrestlemania 31 is the only best Wrestlemania pay per view of all time. Seth Rollins and Daniel Bryan are *NOT!* overrated. ARE YOU ON DRUGS?
I really love your channel so much. One of the best things about this decade was not only the wwe shows, but your channel. Easily one of the best channels on CZcams ever. I love you and wish you the best journey ever.
I can't believe the 2010's have been over for THREE AND A HALF YEARS. It felt like forever at the time but now it feels like it all happened a week ago. Those were my older child/teenage years. I grew up alot during that time. Its cool we have videos like this to take you back. Because WWE has always been the base of my life and its how I remember when stuff happened lol
Summerslam 2015 was also lit in my opinion as well as mania 32 one of my favs all time

I was at that survivor series too!! Great show
I don't think it was the best ppv looking back, but No Mercy 2016 had Miz vs Ziggler which I had not much expectations for but it ended up being a fantastic match.
EDIT: this was the same ppv with the Wwe title triple threat opener of Cena vs Styles vs Ambrose. I remember liking that match as well but seriously thought it was 2017 for some reason.
thanks for updating me on the last decade foreal
My first WM was Wrestlemania 30. I didn’t know anything about WWE, but when The Streak ended, I remember tearing up. I remembered feeling the breath knocked out of me, mouth agape in shock. Even for someone who didn’t know WWE or the story of The Undertaker, it was unbelievably well done.
2010s is my childhood so nostalgic
My favorite ppv of the decade has to be Money in the bank 2011 Punk vs Cena was 🔥 the summer of Punk that made him a star. 🌟
the game of throne/ WCW reference was spot on! LMAO
Great video bro ♥️🤘🏼
2016-2017 was great
where has the time gone
I remember watching Wrestlemania 30 Taker Vs. Lesner with my friend. We were in I wanna say 5th grade and we both said "there's no way the streaks going to end." When Lesner pinned Taker we were just thinking "Watch he's gonna kick out and put him in a tombstone." But then he didn't kick out. I just remember the silence and our jaws literally on the floor. We were both standing and just confused and looking around. I called my friend who couldn't make it to watch and told him the news and he couldn't believe it either. If you didn't watch it live you missed out. Definitely one of the saddest but also greatest memories I have while watching wrestling. I fell out of watching it sometime after Wrestlemania 33 but I'll never forget Wrestlemania 30.
I'll never forget where I was when Shinsuke eliminated Roman to win the Royal Rumble. I was sitting in my dad's truck at a gas station right in the middle of the ghetto (when I say ghetto, I mean there was a shooting at that gas station the previous weekend and there are od's there regularly) praying that my phone wouldn't die or lose service while the final sequences were happening.
Damn this video made me realize all the good things I missed out in the last decade I stopped watching. I don’t follow exactly every week but the ppvs have been fun
Wrestlemania 28 had the best Hype of any PPV of this decade imo. Probably my personal favorite. Overall the decade was the weakest in history though sadly.
It had only 2 good matches.
Cena vs Rock
Punk vs Jericho.
The rest were boring.
WM31 was the best all round of the decade with the intercontinental title ladder match
Seth rollins vs Randy orton
HHH vs Sting
Brock vs Roman (with seths heist)
i think ur hella bias in 2019 summerslam was good but survivor series was the best ppv in 2019 also with storylines on raw and smackdown and nxt they all delivered going into survivor series i think you choose summerslam cuz it was in canada and your from there
Survivor series was definitely ppv of the year
@@nehemiah1098 true
@@wrestlingfacts4616 for me it was extreme rules.
@@nitaramk114 it was good ppv
TLC 2012 should be on this list that shield vs team hell no and Ryback match was underrated
i can’t believe you forgot the most 🔥 🔥🔥🔥🔥 ppv of 2017
Survivor Series. every match was str8 🔥. usos vs the bar. styles vs lesnar. corbin vs miz. charlotte vs bliss. women’s smackdown vs women’s raw. men’s smackdown vs men’s raw.
This makes me want to watch wrestling again. I haven't watched since 2016, I guess I missed out on some good times!
Man John Morrison should try to become Spider-Man in the next Spider-Man because he can fly 😂
Survivor Series 2019 got me back into wrestling properly tbh. The inclusion of NXT was the best decision the WWE had made regarding a PPV this year, IMO. So many crowd popping spots and the way the main roster genuinely put over NXT was impressive. Maybe I'm an idiot, but it didnt make the main roster look bad, just made nxt a legit threat.
Great video man, loved your message at the end, it’s not hard to look at and appreciate the good things that have happened. Stay positive and keep up the great work
2019 Fastlane was amazing give it a rewatch
The rumble 2018 momment with Blaor,Nakumura and reigns standing together agianst Cena,Rey and randy will always be a 1 in 1000 momment what a rumble man
Love your vids
Minus the main event, I think Survivor Series 2019 was awesome and also deserves to be up there with SummerSlam, Mania 35 I also thought was great
Wrestlemania XXVI , XXVII & XXVIII was $54.99 SD and $64.99 for HD . XXIX went up to $59.99 & $69.99 HD .
I think Wrestlemania 30 is literally one of the worst PPV’s ever. I hated every bit of it when I saw it. The streak just finished it off for me. It was so bad that I pretty much had to stop watching wrestling after that.
Edit: great content though!
Good list, the only ones I would include that you didnt are money in the bank 2013, extreme rules 2016, money in the bank 2016 and survivor series 2019
