  • It's extremely important for hockey players to have strong groins (adductors) for many reasons. One of the best ways to gain the strength needed in the adductors is to perform Copenhagen side planks.
    Because this is such an advanced exercise and not easy to perform players must build up to this exercise.
    In the video, I go through 3 steps that you need to start with before jumping right into the Copenhagen side plank.
