That last clip. People don't even realise the impact they have on people.
Mrs. Janish my 5th and 6th grade teacher. We still talk to this day. She cared and helped make me who I am today. Some teachers are just next level humans.
It made me cry, one of my teachers died this year and she was like this. And i still knew her too.

I think everyone has that one teacher that stood out, and they really do love meeting their old students. I ran into my third-grade teacher a few months ago, and just had to express my gratitude to her. She was so touched, she hugged me and started crying. Public education sucks for everyone, so those who rise above really deserve to be acknowledged and praised for their effort. It's so easy for them to get jaded, they need some reassurance that what they're doing is worth it.
That's it. I'm calling my 7th grade English teacher, Mrs. Kickbush from Murdock Middle. She did more than teach us. She *showed* us how to be kind. She *showed* us how to work hard. She *showed* us how to risk a RASK (random act of selfless kindness). I can't explain how amazingly she helped shape us into better people. I love her.

@@MadamFoogie That is insanely true. My art teacher from 7-10 grade was amazing. She genuinely cared about each of her students, she would help us with whatever. She had snacks, let us warm up/cool down in her room, sleep or leave if we were having trouble with anything and also help with anything personal. She was really close to my family especially during that time. I still talk to her on Facebook from time to time. She really shaped me and probably many others.

The last clip just hit home, my mom is a teacher and we have instances where she would meet her former students randomly in the mall or sthg and they instantly run crying in her arms :)

I love how each of these videos highlights small beauties or even struggles of being human. It just brings to light how truly lucky we are to be on this planet. 4:00 a couple years ago some friends came over, their family was from Austrila and the kids had no idea what a lightning bug was. when it got darker the bugs came out and they were yelling and trying to catch the bugs. now that was a core memory it was so cute

After getting my dream job I wanted to thank mt fav teachers but never got around to doing it, not long ago I found out my fav teacher had passed away from brain cancer and it hit deep since he was suffering from it even whilst teaching me. As soon as I found out I made sure to call as many as I could find to thank them. May u rest in peace MR. B

My senior year i moved back to my hometown to finish highschool and i graduated from the school i started at and hadn't been to since 3rd grade. I went visited my old 3rd grade english teacher, on my last week of school when our teachers were just prepping us for graduation so i had a lot of free-time. I went to her classroom, and reintroduced myself to her told her who i was and what year she had me in her class, told her i remember being in her class during christmas and we watched the Polar Express and had hot chocolate made for us by her. She introduced me to her class (cutest little potatoes ever) and she was so happy i came back to that school and remembered her and took the time to go and visit her. A few days before graduation my Forensics teacher (Yes we had forensics as a science class at this little middle of nowhere high school) that she wanted me to come to her room because she had something for me. I went to her room and she gave me a card, saying she was so happy i came back and expressing how great it was to see me all grown up now and she gave me $20 lol it was so sweet. I think i cried a little over the card she gave me. If a teacher truly cares about his/her students, they'll show it by the way they teach and engage with everyone, and the good ones are always the ones you keep fondly in your mind for years to come. They're the ones that make you love coming to school and they're the ones you'll miss when you leave.
So I was on the edge of my seat on the last one waiting for one of them to notice it wasn’t the right teacher

The last clip hits different to me, I recently talked with friends from 2013 and told everything that was in my mind to them, said I was sorry for being a bad friend back then, that I liked them a lot, was one of the best year I had.. they thought that I didn't like them somehow :( I was in a really bad situation back then and I took out all my anger on them.. now I feel much better, after having courage to talk to them again, I think people should try this too but at their own rythm. Things like this can be heavy on the heart

Oh that last video has me crying. Just recently I felt like awful trash, because no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't remember my elementary school gym teacher. I still can't, but he was so sweet. I can't remember what brought it up to save my life, but it about sent me into a panic attack. Ever since Inside Out, I feel like I've been more aware of the fragility of memory and the emotions attached. I still remembers Mrs. Two, but I don't think I was spelled like that. She was my first grade teacher, and she was the best. She was so patient with me. She got me into the school's reading program because I was behind my classmates. Shed always remember me years later as we passed in the hall. I remember she enrolled me in this club in 4th Grade. I don't remember much, but it was something about 20 Questions. I think I'm going to have another panic attack. Getting old sucks.
