This is what I'm talking about, it's grilled tilapia but I know you will have a twist. Like I said I always learn something new. My mom said " ahhh she's a good teacher" are you being paid for this?" Maa please can you teach us how to cook with natural herbs spices only..Because due to health reasons we advise people not to be consuming too much of the artificial spices especially the cubes,it's very bad for hypertensives...it contains monosodium glutamate which has been implicated in most diseases...it also has trans fat that can increase bad cholesterol...You are doing a great job and your skills are amazing.,,I'm an ardent fan of you,the only problem is the artificial seasoning....if you can be little different from other food bloggers and teach us how to cook with natural ingredients it will really help some of us...,much love mummy ♥️
