Mutations 2 - Reconstructing phylogeny/history from genetic similarities & differences (geobiology)

Mutations get passed on through cell division, and when we look at different modern organisms, we can compare their genetic codes. Similarities and differences in similar parts of their genomes can allow us to reconstruct evolutionary history. In this video, I reconstruct the relationships between genetic codes I generated in the video Mutations (part 1).
(My program crashed, so there isn't continuity between these two videos, but I was able to use a screen grab of the "organisms" I created in the first video.)
