- We didn't get much snow but we got enough to make a trip up to Gaylord to hit some trails with the new sleds! Once we got there there was less snow then we were thinking but we went riding anyways, and it was a blast. Jakes snowmobile had some trouble right away with the electrical system so we spent some time trying to fix that too.

We got 35 inches here in up state ny. Just before Christmas then it warmed up and rained lmao. It what it does all the time

Well guys if nothing else you got the gremlins raring their ugly head and now you can get rid of them and enjoy the rest of the season. If it were me I would start at the magneto side and check for a bad ground. Blowing fuses is usually overload or short in the ground wire. Great stuff. Check out Tracey boys toys I am just starting to try and get a channel going so there’s some raw footage there and I’m just learning how to edit so I do have some stuff coming from Cape Breton Canada 🇨🇦. SO GO GRAB YOURSELF A HANDFUL AND HANG ON.

Great video. Great exploits. Yeah we ALL need more snow. I'm in Land O Lakes Wisconsin and have property and my own trails and actually about 8 inches of snow so the riding is awesome, but the local trails are BEAT UP pretty good but were good enough to open up. Thousands of sleds were out this last weekend shredding it as everyone wants to ride!! Stay safe out there guys.

i was on that trail about a week earlier and it was about the same conditions. felt sketchy breaking in my brand new 2020 Assault in those conditions but felt so great getting on it and taking it for its first ride!

Oneida county is still closed (Rhinelander). And not looking good for future snow also. They are wanting 5 more inches before they want to open up here. Vilas opened this past weekend they were good for about a day and we’re terrible by Sunday. If we don’t get another good hit of snow, I’d change your plans and go even more north to Hurley or Mercer WI. Fingers crossed though!

I have a old beater sled I wouldn't of run in those conditions. I would still be on my ATV in that 2 inches there.

Hit the western UP by Houghton bridge this past week! Got 450 miles in 3 days! Glad you guys got out to ride too, finally got that riding itch out

In from Michigan to byy I heard were suppose to hopefully get a snow storm this weekend going into Sunday so maybe it will make it for some good riding that's what me and my friends are hoping for

Pete at sledheads is a legend and always gives honest trail reports on his site. You boys were a few days early the 31st there was great snow in the backwoods in that area.

@@MichiganOutlaws Thanks had one thing going on with lights though kept going on and off replaced voltage last year , still does it, I think it's my headlight switch

@@MichiganOutlaws .....trails are thrashed right now. There's a few riders out but I wouldn't plan a trip here based on the amount of snow there is, or isn't. Lot's of wet spots and "snirt". Off trail maybe 8"-10". Lot's of bare spots too. Need some snow bad, this is depressing.
@@MichiganOutlaws not all too much just a couple inches there was kinda enough to ride around on half the trails were closed and most were pretty rough tho I had a blast, blew up a piston in my 98 formula Z 670 gathering parts with my dad to rebuild it soon hopefully before his trailer out in georgia is done being built love the content guys keep on at it ☃️

It’s not much different here in central Minnesota. Barely any snow where I live, maybe only 4” and I’m being generous. I hope to god we start off 2021 right and a miracle happens and we get a bunch of snow real soon here.

The battery in my rev died and wouldn’t run right until I bought a new one. Works great now

you probably have looked this up by now, but i had some electrical problems with my rev and I believe the battery only charges at 5000 rpm or something like that

I'm heading up to Boyne Falls and Indian River area for a week from 8th-15th, hoping there will be enough to ride up to the bridge and back! Love the vids!

We rode from Indian River to the bridge on December 30th and snow was good. Rusted Spoke in Mackinaw City has patio open for food and drinks.

720, we bought a cabin across m27 from mullett Lake. Super nice having the trail right there. Fingers crossed we get a lot more snow. Have fun out there.

So you Guys go to Wisconsin instead of the UP which is about half the distance? It’s 5+ hours from Chicago gotta be 8+ for you.
We have a couple trips planned to the UP but wanted to try Wisconsin too
Wisconsin is mostly flat and well marked, you guys will have a great time. Plus bars and restaurants are still open.

Was just at grayling a couple days ago and the trails were pretty good, there was a good 8 inches there. Let’s rip sometime boys 🤟🏼

If it wasn't for the guys that rode the day of the first storm and waited for a little more snow the trails would be a little better but of course they had to just get out there and romp on it until the trails are mud pits😐

Looking good bummer about the sled not wanting to cooperate my parents just came back from their cabin outside Lewiston and they had almost a foot of snow maybe check that out hopefully I'll be going up in the next week or two can't wait

Nice video boys. Sleds and gear look good! Had enough snow for me to ride in southeast Wisconsin last weekend, praying the north woods gets dumped on so I can get some up there.
