- We tried John's Roast Pork, Joe's Steak and Soda and Dalessandro's Steak Shop. They are all good and definitely the best cheese steaks spots in Philadelphia. If we had to pick one out of the three, we would probably pick Joe's Steak and Soda. We heard a lot of good things about Angelo's pizza but unfortunately it was closed on Tuesdays. Steve's Prince of Steaks was also highly recommended by people but we were too full to try it so my sister tried it.

So fun! But where do they put all that food??? Grace, have you tried the Lotus brand gf ramen? It's pretty good! You have to make your own broth because there's no packet in them.
Thanks for the recommendation. But I find GF ramen just not the same 😩 because to make it the same, you have to fry the noodles during the manufacturing process and GF ones are usually too healthy.

Mom would eat about anything with kimche lol she reminds me of my family eatimg sour kraut lol eat it with everything and if no kraut then 10 dif kinds of homemade pickles. I never cared for any of it until i got older. Now i want to try a good kimche. I got one from the store and it said spicy but had basically no flavor at all. 😢

It's just "cheesesteak". No such thing as "Philly". John's Roask Pork is one of our better stops for those. You should have tried the roast pork sandwiches.

They’re so adorable. Love their videos! The dad was spot on in his assessments. John’s has the best bread! Dalessandro’s the worst(Amoroso’s). So glad they went to Joe’s which is my favorite. For me it’s #1Joe’s & #2 Steve’s. John’s is ok but I don’t see what’s so great about it(except the bread). Dalessandro’s …pass. They should’ve tried Angelo’s!
Next time go to Saad's in West Philly for the best Halal cheese steak.
