If you have seen the weather report and it shows it is raining there, it might only be for a short time. Or in the mountains. Really anytime is a good time to go weather wise.
I tried it and found it fun. You will see parents doing the game with kids, and maybe some adults doing it by themselves too. But it's not difficult, like an escape room level game.

I think it depends on the kids, but I would say 12 and under? It is very picture based so young kids can understand it.
